Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Hollie is a star
Hollie Pomford was our conveyancer and she was brilliant from start to finish. She was particularly helpful as ensuring completion took place despite some real challenges that threatened to derail the agreed date. Hollie was always fast to reply and keep us up to date with developments and she made a quite stressful experience a little less stressful with how accommodating and friendly she was. Hollie deserves so much praise and we will be forever thankful to have had her as our conveyancer. If we ever move again (I hope not!), I would most definitely use Hollie/DC Law.

Crap with communication
It took two days and 20 plus phone calls and 10 plus emails and numerous voice messages and still no response so if you need anything from them forget it cos you get nothing from them.But the only positive thing I can say is that when I eventually got through they did cancel my case immediately!!!!

Despite a number of difficulties in the process (none of which were from DC Law), Sam went above and beyond in chasing the chain and ensuring our sale and purchase got over the line. Very satisfied. Judy Yung was brilliant!
I used DC Law for the sale of my late mother's property. I have to say I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I have received. My conveyancer, Judy Yung was not only extremely efficient, she was also very friendly and helpful. Not once did I have any difficulty in getting contact, which I think in these situations is the most important thing. My sale took longer than expected, but this was due to other parties and throughout Judy kept me informed with what was happening. Selling a probate property is a difficult and stressful process and as such I often had many questions and concerns. Judy was always polite and helped calm my nerves. Like all companies on here, I see good and bad reviews. I can only speak from my experience. I am more than satisfied and Judy has been a star!

I dealt with Kayliegh she was fabulous!! I know I have already said it but a MASSIVE thank you for all that you have done. You may say itβs your job and technically it is but I personally really want to say it has been a pleasure to work with you. Great service form start to finish. Dominic, our case solicitor, was amazing and helped us all they way through. I won't be planning on moving again anytime soon but if I do, DC Law will be my firm of choice and they have my full recommendation.

Myself and my husband were reallyβ¦
Myself and my husband were really pleased with the great service we received. The online service seemed to work well and keep us on track with monitoring and completing tasks. Our contact was Kayleigh and although I had very little contact with her (mostly done by my husband as he works from home and has access to his emails most of the time) he didn't complain which must mean she was doing something right. I know towards the end she was key in getting our sale completed. No complaints from me and would definitely recommend and use them again, although not planning on moving anytime soon.
