Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. They would be my first choice in the future...
Our Conveyancer, Hollie Pomford, was exceptional - not only more efficient and a better communicator than what I saw of the buyer's solicitor, but also incredibly patient to my endless questions, and calming when things didn't seem to be going well. They say that selling (or buying) a house is one of the most stressful things you can go through - I believe them, and I know it would have been so much worse without Hollie at DC Law. (Their portal is cool and useful too !)

The seller has used this company for conveyancing. Over 5 months into the process now and there’s not even a chain. Lack of communication to my solicitor and told the case was taken over by a new solicitor from this company as the old one had left company….. I’m a first time buyer I had looked forward to buying my first home (as anyone would) This has dragged out for that long I don’t even know if the sale will complete The stress this caused me almost feels regrettable. I don’t have any faith in this company completing the sale, the solicitor from this company took ages to even response my my solicitors enquiry’s, which when I looked into it took a couple days. Really dissatisfied and have asked my solicitor to escalate the case higher but unsure if that’s even possible…

Recently completed on my first property…
Recently completed on my first property and I cannot speak highly enough of Tanisha. The entire process was smooth, quick and we completed from start to finish in less than 4 months. Owing to the fact I work abroad and am rarely aligned with BST I thought the process would face multiple complications. Tanisha went above and beyond to combat this and would reply promptly, even out of hours in some instances to support me. Throughout the whole process Tanisha kept me really informed and as a first time buyer it can be quite daunting, the tips and knowledge she shared were so valuable to me and I cannot thank her enough. I would strongly recommend her to any first time buyers.

Fantastic service
I couldn't recommend our conveyancer, Harry, any higher. He made the whole process simple and easy to follow and understand. Even when there was issues along the way, he made sure to contact us and explain the situation. Made what would be a stressful process nice and relaxed. Will definitely be using DC Law in future.

Great Experience
