Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Tanisha was professional and quick to respond. Her handling of our sale was quick, she always responded to emails and calls quickly and made the entire sale un-stressful. The fees are reasonable and the website is easy to use, everything can be done online. Iβd use DC law again.

Great service and online portal
Harry Sawbridge was our handler. Very quick to respond and very helpful. The main selling point for me with using DCLaw was the online portal which was so much quicker and easier than traditional methods. We could track the progress and read/submit documents in an instant. Speeded up the process!

I used DC Law for the conveyancing on the sale of a house as part of probate. My case handler, Lisa Rimmer, was excellent throughout. She contacted me regularly, without prompting, to update me on progress - and sometimes just to explain why things were moving slowly. She made sure I understood each stage of the process and was always happy to explain bits I didn't understand. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Relatively simple and mostly online process
Overall a speedy process...portal was clear and fairly easy to use. Being able to upload and download documents was really good. Would have preferred an easy quick way to ask questions as still needed to use email or phone for queries. Email response was either slow or not at all but appreciate busy. Judy yung was conveyancer, really friendly and helpful at the last stage, with explaining the exchange and completion process at the end and answering questions on the phone but otherwise everything done on portal.

Moving house is stressful but we had good support every step of the way
Moving home is stressful. So we were lucky to have Emily Sibley, helping, guiding, and reassuring us every step of the way. When we panicked, which was often, she was very quick to respond to our email, explaining exactly what was happening and how we were to proceed with the process.
