Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I recently completed on a house sale…
I recently completed on a house sale and Im gutted to say that I wouldn’t recommend DC Law. I thought the eWay portal was brilliant and made it so much easier and convenient, and Nancy was lovely. However I found the communication really poor. Emails don’t get responded to, and it felt like they only remembered about my case when I called to chase it (many times). Comparing legal costs with friends/family, I spent a fortune but didn’t get any better service in doing so. It has been over 2 months since completion and I haven’t had any deed documents with my name on yet - which somebody else pointed out that I needed, this was not communicated by DC Law. I’ve queried over email with no response. I don’t have trust in DC Law that these documents will be provided to me, based on my experience with everything else.
