THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! This company is yet another scam artist outfit that somehow snuck through the cracks and is selling product on Amazon. WARNING: NO FREE SHIPPING RETURNS HERE. You have to ask them permission via email to even be able to return the item. You wait and wait for the response. They send you a label making you think that is your free shipping label. It is not. Ordered $150 chairs that didn’t work. They cost $105 to ship back. Uhh..guess I’m stuck with the two low quality ghetto chairs. I’ll give them away to charity. What a total and utter sham. Avoid avoid AVOID!

STAY FAR AWAY from DCG!!!

DO NOT buy anything from this 3rd party store on Amazon!! Not sure why Amazon hosts them because they are well below Amazon standards. Ordered a rattan chair with a $263 price including delivery. Chair was annoyingly squeaky. Was told by DCG that I needed to pay $333 to return chair and also told me that "ALL CHAIRS SQUEAK" so a refund probably not possible so I would have to accept a replacement. If the next chair squeaks (as they claimed all do) then I'd have to pay another $333 to return for another replacement. Etc etc.... They honestly expected me to be foolish enough to pay $333 and return. Maverick eventually told me he cannot answer any questions because Amazon is taking care of it instead. (Amazon already told me to email DCG directly since Amazon wasn't the seller and therefore wasn't responsible and Maverick already knew that). DCG ignored my requests for a refund and I was stuck with a squeaky chair that I can't use now. It really seems like they are just trying to get rid of defective inventory that they otherwise can't move. Trust the 82% who gave DCG bad review! Amazon should dump them in my opinion. WORST customer service team I ever experienced.

Worst customer service ever!! Poor quality products!

Worst customer service ever!!! Poor quality products. Ordered a futon cover and two matching 18" pillows. Received cover but no pillows. (Cover, BTW, was very cheap quality, but whatever). Emailed them regarding missing pillows. Pillows were finally tracked down and sent. When I received the pillows they looked small. I measured them (seam to seam) and they were 16" at best. One pillow was so over-stuffed it wouldn't even sit straight and the seams looked like they were going to split open. The two pillows together were so different...one very fat, the other one not. Both were 16" not 18" as advertised. I emailed DCG. Was told by Brittany to send pictures of the pillows with the inside of the pillows removed and measuring tape from seam to seam, which I did. She then just stopped responding. I emailed and called several times asking for the status. She finally responded by email telling me that the manufactorer said the pictures were taken incorrectly....that the inside of the pillow should not have been removed (like she told me to do) and that they would not replace. BTW, A measurement from seam to seam on a pillow does not change whether the pillow is filled or not unless it is a stretch fabric which this one clearly is not. So again, DCG stopped replying to emails, doesn't answer calls, return voicemails, etc. I'm guessing they are too busy dealing with unhappy customers. I asked how I can return these pillows for a refund and no response. Any decent company would have either replaced the items by now or refunded me the money, no questions asked. This is obviously NOT a decent company. Will now dispute it with my credit card company and will leave poor reviews on every social media I can. Poor quality products and poor customer service. Overall a very sucky company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Wasted Money!

I wish I could give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I bought two futon covers that are hard as a rock. After two weeks I would have preferred to have my old ones back. I was in an accident in Kenya and lost the use of my right arm, when I got home I couldn't go upstairs to our bedroom and needed something comfortable to recuperate. My vocal cords were also paralyzed so I couldn't call. Several emails later, nothing but excuses. Email to DCG "My initial issue with the mattress is that you did not show this white shoelace looking string that actually is how the 'tuft' was PULLED into a 'tuft'. It is NOT upholstered as your website indicates and this is not as 'pictured'. Yes, I am aware it is not a photograph, but a drawing. This string is not shown in the drawing. If you wanted to "give customers an idea of how the mattress is constructed" this string should have been shown. From the DCG website: "All-over print allows the cover to be used and displayed on all sides" Not with that string sticking up...what keeps it from getting pulled or snagged with use? It doesn't even match the material! 'Tufted futon cover for a clean luxury upholstered look' That's laughable. Now the pillows: The 'thread' is plastic and looks like fishing line. It is obvious they were sewn on three sides and the third was shipped closed with this plastic thread that is sticking up and a tangled mess. You could put an eye out if you put your head on it! There's no way to cut it without the whole side coming apart. Also, the design on the material is not centered and you can FEEL and SEE the lumps in them through the material. This is some of the shoddiest, haphazard, workmanship I have ever seen. I've had to order REAL covers for them because they can't be used without them." The customer service comments have got to be written by their own employees.

Really bad customer service!

I orderd a bed frame, headboard and footboard. The bed frame came completely scratched up, with no protective wrapping. I took pics and sent them within an hour of receiving everything. Also, the nuts and bolts were left out of the order. It took me 19 emails and 3 weeks to finally get a response offering me another bed frame or a credit (that did not cover the cost of a new frame) I took the credit so the relationship could be ended. Took another week to get the credit. Very frustrating and uncaring management. I noted in a final email that the manager needs some work in the area of customer service and never got a response to that. Will stick with Amazon!!

Patient customer service

Great customer service listened patiently to me and tried genuinely to find a solution. Only getting back in touch with me took a bit long, since the employee I spoke to seemed to be very busy. Still, I was treated very nicely by a person that I believe was named Maverick.

Horrible customer support and was billed twice. Company stated we had 2 orders under my wife's name and mine. I questioned before I ordered the second time we did not have an existing order and was told no. We now have 2 futons and charged twice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT buy from this company. Misleading product representation, terrible service.

I should have listened to all the bad reviews...DO NOT buy from this company. The company misleads customers by posting highly incorrect images and descriptions of products, does not include packing slips with their products so you cannot verify what you've actually been sent, does not trust a customer when he/she has an issue with their product or believes they have been sent the wrong product, then proceeds to punish the customer in charging shipping for something that is the company's fault (posting a picture/name of a color that does not at all match the actual), in addition to charging for original shipping!! I sincerely hope this company improves its policies and quality of service. It is always difficult to buy textiles online since I understand that colors that are digitally represented do not exactly match the actual, but for this reason specifically, DCG Stores should have a more customer-serving return policy. Moreover, the discrepancy in my case was very large to the point where what I received was COMPLETELY different from the pictured and described color. What a disappointment.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! Do not buy from this website!!!!! There is no customer service at all! You pay high price for very poor quality products. You will be charged for mattress and cover separably, but actually the mattress itself has no cover. The premium designer cover that you pay close of 70$ will play a role of the upholstery. The tufting is so unprofessional. I ordered brownish color cover and the tufting was done with white thick string tearing the cover. I would like to upload some photos taken from this high" QUALITY " Matress " . So, it should be" 10 inches and is covered by 3 sided zipper cover for "easy removal", but Unfortunately you will not be able to remove the cover ever( please see the pictures below). I am not going to commend on the description of the different layers of the mattress and how comfortable and relaxed you will be, because it is not true. You pay about 1000$ for this futon, but you can go to Wal-Mart and buy the same one for 300$ with included delivery.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered a daybed cover that said it fit mattresses up to 8 inches. I bought an 8 inch memory foam mattress and it did not fit. I was told they were only for their futon mattresses which it didn't state anywhere! I paid to return it and ordered a larger one and made it work. I folded it up nice and neat and placed it directly back into the package it was shipped in and returned it at my cost. I now receive and email stating that it smelled strongly of smoke and they refuse to refund my money. First of all, nobody smokes in my home and second of all it was out of the plastic package for 3 minutes! I emailed back explaining this and I don't know if the rep doesn't speak English or flat out ignored me but they simply restated their original email. What a complete FRAUD!!

WORST experience I've ever had with a…

WORST experience I've ever had with a company. I ordered a futon in early August, bu was told a few days later that the futon was on back-order until mid September. Why was this not pointed out on the product listing? No clue. Fast forward a month and a half (without a bed) to late September. My futon still hasn't shipped, so I call them and am told that it's now on backorder until mid November. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was sent to a voicemail. I called back and explained the situation to a new call center rep, but I was greeted with nothing but attitude. I cancelled the order and bought one on Amazon. Worst company ever. Do NOT buy from DCG Stores!

Very rude

Very rude! Horrible customer service. Searched for a glider on their website and apparently it took me to a page with a glider pictured with a cushion and the order that was filled was only for a cushion, not the glider for $80! Who would pay $80 for a cushion that took a month to get! They said if I fought the charges they would report me to the fraud department. Said I could return big box but I had to pay for shipping. Very rude emails. Unhelpful and shouldn’t be in business at all! No wonder their ratings are so low. 2 out of 5 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased two pendant lights and I am so happy with the quality of the aluminum modern pendant lights. I wanted something different and architectural. The local stores did not have what I was looking for and I found the perfect light here. Shipping is was fast. I accidentally typed in the wrong zip code for my shipping address and they called to verify the address. I am very pleased with the service and quality.

DO NOT USE DCG

I could not be more disappointed with my experience with DCG stores. I found a bookcase on Wayfair that I was interested in purchasing two of, however they only had one in stock. I looked into other online retailers that carried the same product, and through the manufacturer's website I found DCG stores. There was a delay in the initial item being shipped, however it was not excessive. When the bookcases arrived the shipping boxes were not damaged, but the product inside was. There was cracked wood and paint on all of the pieces. It took 8 emails, 3 phone calls, and 7 weeks to rectify the situation. The company stated that I should have refused the boxes since they were damaged, however the boxes were intact on arrival and there was no way to know the product was damaged until two palates were unpacked. At one point DCG stopped responding to my emails and it took filing a report with my credit card company and leaving a voicemail for a manager to receive a response. Even then DCG would not return my calls, but emailed me from a generic "service" email account that prevented you from knowing who specifically you were communicating with or if it was even the same person handling the issue. DCG ended up blaming everything on the shipping company, saying they damaged the original items and then they missed the scheduled pickup of the replacements. Regardless of who is at fault, communication with the customer is essential. Receiving a damaged product is not a big deal, as long as the company is timely and courteous in remedying the issue.

12-16-17 Order placed. 12-16-17 Received email confirmation pending shipment. 12-23-17 Sent email to DCG Stores asking for status of order. 12-23-17 Received email that DCG Stores would be closed 12-24-17 & 12-25-17 and I would be contacted upon return. 12-26-17 Sent 2nd email to DCG Stores asking for status of order. 12-26-17 Left voice mail to DCG Stores asking for status of order. 12-27-17 Sent 3rd email to DCG Stores asking for status of order. 12-27-17 Left 2nd voice mail to DCG Stores asking for status of order. 12-27-17 Received the following from DCG Stores. "Hello, We are still working on getting an update from the warehouse. A lot of our warehouses are closed for the holiday week and will not reopen till after the new year. Tracking will be emailed once the order is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience. Best, Customer Care DCG Stores Will continue to update as this moves forward. It is understood this is a hectic time of the year , getting status is appreciated and I look forward to a timely delivery of the item ordered

GARBAGE STAY AWAY!

Mattress cover didn't even closely resemble what was advertised. I ordered a cover with blues and browns and got one with pinks and greens. The pattern isn't even remotely similar. The quality is also garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Now I am out the 89.00 that I spent on a futon cover. Learn from my mistakes.
