Very bad experience, after multiple complaints, have not delivered the product…..

I ordered a Casio Tiffany watch for my husband's birthday gift on 1st Feb. Although the product was listed as an instant ship order but there was a delay in the shipping process which really tested my patience taking as it was a gift and then I received the order on the 5th of Feb. The product is in the right condition and looks exactly as expected, but considering that it was an instant ship order, the order could have been delivered faster.

I ordered a snap-on lip case holder after watching iton social media on 25th January and received this delivery after 15-20 days which was okay as I am the kind of person who doesn't mind the delivery timelines. For me the quality of the product matters which was perfect n this case provided me that

I wanted a dior Sauvage perfume from a long time so i tried this marketplace. after placing the order i got the notification that the shipping would take 18-20 days. however it was shipped after 25days and even fhat was fine, but when i opend the box the bottle was broken. I contacted the customer care and and they said it was damaged during the shipment process, they offered me an exchange or refund right away, so I choose the refund as i was moving out of india.. The packaging of the brand could be improved as the product was genuine.

It was my first order was bit reluctant as i have not been to much into 3rd party sellers the prices i found here were the most reasonable and the delivery turned out to be great to will definitely order again 🥳

It’s been an almost a month and my product has not been shipped. R these people are fake . There is no customer service or real call agent to whom we can connect . Really pathetic experience till now .. system generated reply received on whats app .. if u can not delivered the product. So refund my amount

My Order I'd 26020210455494, in a simple words fraud company, my mistake I pay prepaid, still not get order nearly one month passed . Beware of this app , helpline person they are on drugs if have told multiple time , I think they are aliens… I will take my money back I will take. Challenge

Scammed me, took pre payment and delivered fake products, got it returned but never got the money back

Very poor experience. Placed an order for Nike Revolution 8 and paid successfully. Order status was unclear initially. Then the order was delayed for more than 20 days. The app kept showing “Out for Delivery,” but the order was not even processed. No proper communication or clarity from support. This was meant to be a gift, and the delay completely ruined the occasion. Refund was given, but the experience was highly disappointing. The tracking system is unreliable and misleading.

I am one of the oldest customers for them and forget about the delivery time and worst customer care and worst app, they have now started scamming too. I Placed a request and prepaid it and it didn’t get fulfilled so cancelled it, even got a ticket id generated and reordered another item prepaid it again and to my aghast these scammers delivered the latter one on time but hang on i get the previous order which I had cancelled, also delivered without any information or calls or anything. So i paid for a cancelled product and when i wanted to return it they say that we have a policy of 3 hours of placing the order. I have ordered from them which did not get delivered even after a month long wait for an item just last month and they happily cancelled and refunded but not this recent one. So yeah long story short they are becoming scammers dnt fall for the low prices because they ask for more money after u place the order to get it delivered earlier. My first hand experience with them.BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I received a counterfeit tshirt which i ordered on 3th of January.

Ordered “Essentials Hoodie”, turned out to be fake, tried contacting via - Instagram, WhatsApp, Email but none of them work. Ultimately posted on Reddit and when dmed the founder he replied that team is looking into it. Ordered on 11th Jan and got refund on 7th Feb, would not recommend this site at all. Customer support + interaction is a big ZERO from their side. They will provide you refund if you are an influencer or spam too much, otherwise they don’t even care. Please never buy from here. Total devouch.

Created an exchange request after following up with the customer team on whatsapp and email for a month, was asked to 1000 just to initiate the return pick up first and then took the product and then went cold without providing the exchange, took my 1000 on top of product(which felt fake) and so much time wastage. NEVER ORDERING from CultureCircle ever again, just want my money back at this point.

I had placed an oder expecting an overnite delivery, To my surprise that wasn't the case. Its been a fortnight and the order has not been delivered. I had placed the order for gifting it to my niece who was going back to australia. There is no sign of the order for almost a fortnight now and no revert from the customer service team on whatsapp.

Dont buy anything from here they are scamsters and frauds never return to your mails or messages and its been 2 months havent recived my order

I have placed an order in which I have spent around 5k INR. The website said that my expected delivery date is around 21st Jan but the order never came. I then get a mail that my order has been delayed for about a week. A week later my order is still not dispatched, I then go to whatsapp support and as everyone said that is a bot that gives generic replies. I asked it to cancel my order, and it moved the conversation to an agent where no one arrived obviously. A few days later my order has updated to "scheduled for pickup" and then I get an update from delhivery that the order has been cancelled by the merchant. Now my 5K is stuck, I could not get hold of them for my refund as the support is shit, I will be escalating this with my credit card company and will be filing a dispute with cyber fraud too. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Absolutely terrible service been more than one month since i have ordered my shoes and irs paid for . The whatsapp bots dont reply and give u the same automated message all d time. They wont even cancel ur order or give u a refund absolute scam . Never order from them again

I placed an order on 12th January and it has now been 42 days with no dispatch, no update, and no resolution. There is no real customer support at all. You are never connected to a real person—only chat bots that send the same generic replies again and again. I have been emailing and messaging them daily, and every time I receive vague responses with zero action. No shipment details, no timeline, no accountability. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a brand claiming to be premium. Order delayed, money stuck, and no human support. Would not recommend. Now app shows my order is delivered in banglore and i live in mohali, punjab. Received calls again fake promises. 100% scammers confirmed. Moving to court for help now.
