Unresponsive customer service

I made an online purchased but realised that I didn't change my delivery address as I have shifted to a new place. tried sending emails to you but till now no reply and u guys shipped my items to the wrong address instead of making ammendment to send to the right address provided in the email. Unresponsive.

I ordered this for next day delivery and paid £12:00 for this. But your courier let you down, well done DPD. So you really need to be sorting this with them. Thankfully your customer service was most helpful and refunded my delivery payment. But I isn’t get the service I was expecting.

Customer service is terrible!!

Customer service is terrible!! Offers don’t come when the say they have sent it. On Questions about the trip you get only answers on half of them. Then they inform they have not given the right price, as without flights, and comes with new correct offer! Then you have to as 3 times if there is twin bed possibilities. Someone called John is sending the mails. Useless. We think we try other river cruises instead, like Viking

I was told twice by customer services…

My initial review was 1 star however customer service were very efficient and offered me a voucher to spend with Cruise and also a doscount. Excellent result I was told twice by customer services that the evoucher would be emailed to me. I had placed the order on Monday and still waiting for it to arrive on Thursday. Really poor service.

No answer when trying to contact…

No answer when trying to contact customer service! I wanted to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing it. Not possible! - Update: Received the wrong item. After a couple of days of complicated discussions, I had to pay the return label in order to get it paid back afterwards (which happened).

Never using again

Never using again. Clothes arrived looking second hand without original packaging. Then the voucher gift card refund is invalid and customer services offshore without a clue. Still chasing 200 pounds. Never again

Absolutely brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant. I wanted an item that was out of stock in my size on the brands own site and ordered from Cruise on a Saturday night and it was delivered on Sunday lunch time the next day. Great products and brilliant delivery.

They run a discriminatory and shady…

They run a discriminatory and shady company, I tried to shop online after paying they decided to contact me by email and started asking for documents like passport, pictures of my cards which I did submit, mind you i signed up for their fraser plus bullshit which already asked for my information and still they came again asking personal question I was skeptical but since I had nothing to hide I provided all the documents they requested. They came back to me telling me they can't verify me after asking for passports and pictures of my cards through emails and then now asking for my selfie pictures this was where I drew the line it's just a shopping website not a job interview or visa interview. They are really shady and judging from the reviews I would run from this company now i have asked for my money back and they are saying 3 to 7days before I get a email from paypal. At this point I just want my money back and be done with this company.
