I have not received my order. They do not answer phones and it goes to a recording and cuts you off. Does not respond to emails. I will be contacting visa and BBB
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEN UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE OF YOUR ORDER. Took 3 phone calls, 2 emails and PayPal to get an answer. Then l was told they do not accept returns on open packages...explain how do you know it is right unless you open. Worst customer service ever.
It appears we ordered the wrong mask from the wrong company. None of the phone numbers work. Emails are not answered. But they were fast enough to take my money and send the product out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I wanted to update my review. Although CPAP Outlet did not reply to my email about the faulty part, today I did receive a replacement for it. Thus, they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
I used to order from Cpap Outlet every time I needed supplies. Email service was prompt with answers. Over the last several weeks however I sent numerous emails, NONE have been responded to. Because of my past experience with them I decided to place an order for the product I was interested in anyway and now have issues with it. I've wrote and I can not get any response from them. My last order on good faith was just that, my LAST order with Cpap Outlet!
