Excellent service, competitive price and great quality. Wasn’t at home when delivered, but driver left the large bag of gravel and sleepers in exactly the right place so as not to block the driveway. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend.
Quality timber
Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.

Prompt Delivery, Fantastic Prices and Exemplary Service
I recently needed to order 6no 800kg bags of ballast. I found some other suppliers online that offered fantastic prices, but upon reading their reviews found horror stories of delayed deliveries. I found Covers in my search and was reassured by their TrustPilot reviews. Needless to say ordered on Saturday, they called on Monday to confirm my delivery for Wednesday and my order was delivered to me shortly after 9am today. Exemplary service and fantastic pricing - £300 odd quid when I'd already been quoted over £1k by one of the big builders yards. Thanks Covers - you have saved my project timelines and I couldn't have asked for better service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'd forgotten how excellent Covers are!
I'd forgotten how excellent Covers are! I used them extensively on our oak frame project over 10 years ago; and have purchased a couple of small timber orders recently online. There order system is easy to use and you get a confimatory email from a real person. They stock a very wide range of timber. When you arrive to pick up your order everone is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It's the best of both worlds: easy online ordering and first class personal service.
