I had a wonderful training experience with Natalja. I came in with low confidence and she addressed my concerns and helped me gain full confidence in my skills and abilities with her lip injection technique and consultation method. I have left feeling excited to see clients for lip enhancement.
I had a brilliant experience on today’s lip injection course, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been taught by Natalja. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole session. Her teaching style is very clear and practical — she really took the time to explain the anatomy, techniques, and safety aspects in a way that made sense and felt manageable, even when things got a bit technical. I especially appreciated how hands-on the session was. Natalja was there every step of the way, giving thoughtful feedback and guidance while also allowing us space to grow and build confidence. The live model experience was especially valuable, and I genuinely walked away feeling more capable and reassured in my own abilities. You can tell she really cares about her students doing well and keeping patients safe. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their lip technique — and Natalja’s such a gem of a trainer!

I had my treatment for a non surgical face lift with fillers and botox for an eyebrow lift. My whole experience was so enjoyable . I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. The receptionists are very polite and professional. The trainer worked with the student explaining step by step on instructions throughout the session , very attentive always informing me of the process and checking in at each stage if i was okay. The trainer was so knowledgeable and professional at all times as was the student he was training. I felt very confident and safe during treatment and would highly recommend this excellent clinic. I am so looking forward to my next visit.

Paid £695 for a course before lockdown, the pandemic hit on the 15th March 2020, my training was scheduled for 17th March 2020 so it didn’t go ahead, I attempted to reschedule several times over the last two years and Emma could never seem to be available for me, I eventually asked for a refund, she said my course had expired and couldn’t refund me and then blocked me on WhatsApp. Don’t let her convince you to pay by wire transfer, it’s so you can’t get your money back. I did one course which was ok but I insisted on paying online… after that I paid for this one by transfer, she is unreliable and disorganised and has no intention of refunding if there are any problems on her side. which there will be… you’ll never get your money back, I am currently getting legal advice over this as it breeches the pandemic refund rules… do not train with her, she’s just here to make as much money as she can out of you and give as little back in return as possible.

Absolutely awful and appalling experience as a model in their London clinic, please do avoid this clinic at all costs! For a start, I was seen later than my appointment, after someone at the reception applied the numbing cream over my lips. I was then refused treatment on both areas I came in for. No one paid for my cab fare or behaved in a way that seemed genuinely sorry for wasting my time. No one advised about prior consultation or sending over photographs etc they simply decided after an hour of me being there filling up forms and having numbing cream applied to my body for nothing. Please do not think about saving 50£, you rather want to pay full price knowing this will go towards a better company and treatment.

I have been a model at the clinic for the past 3 years and the service is really friendly, the reception team are amazing however the biggest downfall here is the wait times, every single visit I have had I have had to wait, I have to travel for 40 minutes to get to my nearest clinic and then to wait 50 minutes to be seen makes it a really long stretch out of my working day. Other than that I am happy with the results and service.
