I had a wonderful training experience with Natalja. I came in with low confidence and she addressed my concerns and helped me gain full confidence in my skills and abilities with her lip injection technique and consultation method. I have left feeling excited to see clients for lip enhancement.
I had a brilliant experience on today’s lip injection course, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been taught by Natalja. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole session. Her teaching style is very clear and practical — she really took the time to explain the anatomy, techniques, and safety aspects in a way that made sense and felt manageable, even when things got a bit technical. I especially appreciated how hands-on the session was. Natalja was there every step of the way, giving thoughtful feedback and guidance while also allowing us space to grow and build confidence. The live model experience was especially valuable, and I genuinely walked away feeling more capable and reassured in my own abilities. You can tell she really cares about her students doing well and keeping patients safe. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their lip technique — and Natalja’s such a gem of a trainer!
Nataljia was brilliant. Her explanations were good. She had many useful tips & her guidance during injecting was very helpful & appreciated.

Absolutely amazing and professional from start to finish. I received a warm welcome from reception, and offered a drink whilst I was waiting. On going in for my treatment, everything was fully explained and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. The trainer and the trainee could not have been better. the results were amazing, I would highly recommend them for any cosmetic treatment. I also received a follow up email to remind me of after care. A brilliant company, and thank you so much, I will definitely be returning.

I’ve always had a good experience at the cosmetic company they explain everything in detail always ask what I’m hoping to achieve from my treatment and advise the best treatment for my needs. The prices are great it’s the only way I can afford to have the treatments on my small budget.

The whole experience was fantastic. Lovely premises, very friendly reception staff who were very good putting me at ease (my first time having anything done). Once in the room everything was explained fully so I felt totally at ease. Very, very professional from beginning to end - would thoroughly recommend

I took a short notice cancellation and had a non surgical facelift. The reception and treatment rooms were very clean and tidy and I was made to feel at ease with both reception and the treatment ladies. The young lady informed me of every step she was doing and was very gentle, I was amazed that it didn’t hurt and was just a little uncomfortable at times. I hope to use more facilities in the future.

I had a very enjoyable day on the Botox and filler foundation course. I was met by Abi, who was very friendly and attentive, helping to put my first time nerves at ease. Dr Tracey, our trainer for the day, was a very engaging and informative trainer throughout the day. On the practical afternoon she guided the group with expert knowledge and giving the group enough confidence to practice the knowledge gained over the course of the morning. I’m definitely left wanting to continue my learning further with Cosmetic Courses
