I recently had an issue with my Corsair HX1000i PSU after about a year of use — the fan started making a vibrating noise even at low speeds. I contacted Corsair support and, although I initially ran into trouble with the return process due to the lack of a nearby UPS drop-off location (I'm located in a remote area), their team handled the situation exceptionally well. This experience showed me that Corsair truly values its customers and stands behind its 10-year warranty. Support was responsive, understanding, and ultimately made things right in a way that worked for me. Highly recommend Corsair — not only for their products but also for their customer service.

I want to thank Corsair, although tickets are very slow to respond. I had a clicking noise issue with my RM850E PSU, and they offered to exchange it for an RM850X. I completed an Advanced RMA, prepaid for the 850X, and when it arrived at my home, I assembled it, sent the defective 850E, and received my money back within a few days. I'm very surprised and grateful to their after-sales team. One of the best, if not the best.
Customer support was able to give me a solution immediately and the solution actually worked.

Had to start An RMA for a power supply under 10 years warranty after 6 years of Gaming use, Raton S assisted the process of the RMA, doing everything perfectly and replying quickly. I’d chose corsair for all my gaming needs because their product and customer support are top notch and have served me well.
I had an issue with a loose wire on a cable for a brand new RM850x. A support rep by the name "Raton S." was quick to help and get a replacement cable sent out. The only reason it took a few days was because of myself being slow to respond. I have had a few issues with Corsair products in the past but it's always been resolved by support like this and that has made them my go to for these kinds of products.

Me atendió "Andrew Freeman (Corsair)", muy contento con la atención recibida, se rompió el cristal templado de mi torre y no había recambio, me enviaron un repuesto que aunque no era de cristal pues no tenían, pero al menos tengo la tapa metálica y de nuevo mi torre está completa, ahora voy a buscar filtros para la rejilla porque me he dado cuenta que no lleva, sin duda confio en una marca como Corsair, me gustan sus productos, además de la calidad, la buena atención recibida hace que en el futuro quiera seguir comprando productos de esta marca
The tech support agent (Andrew Freeman) was great! My headset failed and he just requested a Proof of purchase and some pictures as evidence and after review them, he confirmed that they will send me a replacement with no cost! I love the response and I truly recommend the service.
