I purchase 7000D case from a 3rd party seller. Sadly, the case was missing parts. Nick H. was quick to assist me via chat. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He proceeded to assist me via email with potentially sourcing the replacement part. Sadly the part I was looking for was not available separately. But, Nick was kind and gracious enough to offer me a free one time courtesy replacement accessory kit. I was also missing a number of screws too. I’m sure this kit will help greatly. I was highly impressed by Nicks customer service and willingness to help me, even when I did not have a purchase receipt. We need more customer service reps like Nick who are willing to go out of their way to help people as much as they can. Even when they are not obligated to do so. As someone who has worked in customer service call centers and at retail locations for 10+ years, I can say great customer service and a little kindness goes a long way. It was nice to be on the receiving side this time. I am also thankful for Corsair for their great products and their willingness to stand by their product even when they are out of warranty. Have been a customer of Corsair for longer than I can remember. At least 20 years. Starting with RAM, then cases, a couple of SSDs, lots of fans, and now some fresh water cooling gear which looks amazing. The finish and build quality of their components and the effort they put into these items always shows. It's been an experience to watch products evolve over time (like Corsair Link, I remember back in the original days of the aluminum box and version 1 of the software.) It's rare to have that long-term feeling with a company where you evolve together over a span of time, and know it's a two way street. A trusted source in an industry. In the off chance assistance was ever needed, they've always been very supportive. I really can't say enough nice things and am happy they're as passionate about their role as a vendor in this hobby as I am as an enthusiast.

Mel H. of the corsair team was very considerate and quick with her responses. my product was out of the 2 year warranty time but she still send me a one time courtesy replacement. I also couldn't find my proof of purchase in my email but she found that as well since i ordered it through their website. overall great experience

Well, I had problems with my mouse and found out that the dongle was broken. I contacted the chatbot and within 3 hours somebody personal was assisting me. Corsair decided to send a new dongle and within a week I received it. After installation I could use my laptop again for gaming so I am very satisfied about the service!

The tempered glass front panel for my Corsair airflow 7000D case was scratched out of the box, however! When I sent in a ticket I got an extremely fast response from customer service asking for a bit more info and then basically sent me a new panel almost before I knew what was happening. New panel arrived just shy of a week later and is flawless. Could not be happier with my experience!

I recently purchased a 5000x series case for a new PC build. When working on getting everything setup I slipped up and badly damaged the glass. When I reached out to Corsair customer support, they responded quickly and told me they could send me a replacement one right away.
