I’ve been messing with iCUE for two weeks straight and it just refuses to launch. I’ve done clean installs, tried older versions like 3.38.88, even messed with services but nothing works. For a company that makes nice gear, this software is way too unreliable. I can’t even use what I bought because the app won’t open. Really hope they fix this because right now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Mel H. was really good at explaining to me the process between the regular RMA and advanced RMA. This was my first time doing an RMA with any Corsair product before, and I have bought my fair share of products from them. Mel gave great detail about all aspects of the process, already has a new PSU on the way for me while my old has been shipped to them. He has been really good at keeping an open communication back and forth. As far as I am concerned I am happy with the service, thanks again Mel H.

Trovo vergognoso che una casa come la corsair si perda per così poco. Ho acquistato un kit composto da mouse, cuffie, tastiera e tappetino, dopo pochi giorni la tastiera non funzionava più bene. Contatto il servizio clienti e mi dicono "tramite email" di inviargli tutto il kit. Così ho fatto. Dopo diversi giorni mi arriva a casa il pacco della sostituzione, ma al suo interno c era solo la tastiera, niente ciffie, mouse, tappetino, li contatto per chiedere spiegazioni, la loro risposta è, noi abbiamo ricevuto solo la tastiera. Falso... Io ho consegnato tutta la scatola originale con tutti i pezzi, come è possibile aver ricevuto la tastiera e non tutto il resto? Sono sincero, cuffie, mouse sono di scarsa Qualità, non li avrei usati, ma è una questione di principio Primo e ultimo acquisto fatto in Corsair
Im on my second corsair keyboard and its also having issues. Because this one is an exchange, corsair are refusing to honour a warranty or help me fix the issue. This is a brand new keyboard, it should come with a brand new warranty. Terrible keyboards. They act up way too much for the price they charge. Now I am stuck with a keyboard with some keys not lighting up anymore and the lighting effects broken. Not happy
Ich habe die Produkte von Corsair Jahre lange gekauft. Aio, RAM Speicher, Gehäuse, Netzteile, Tastaturen ,Head Set, Lüfter. Und was soll ich sagen…ich bin echt einfach nur noch enttäuscht…die AIO ist einfach nur laut! Die ram Speicher haben seid DDR 4 Probleme mit dem i Cue, auch meine neuen DDR 5 ram kit‘s ob der vegance oder die Dominanter Platinum… Jetzt zu Krönung gab meine Tastatur zum zweiten mal den Geist auf…. Sorry, ich bin echt einfach nur enttäuscht! Ich wahr der Marke stets treu! Weil es auch tolle Sachen gab, Head set’s und ram Riegel waren immer sehr gut und auch tolle Gehäuse !Doch die sehr laute AIO und die defekte Tastatur haben mich echt enttäuscht.
