Outstanding Warranty Service After 10 Years

I’ve been using Corsair memory for about ten years, and one of my old sticks finally failed. Even though I no longer had the receipt, Corsair’s support still replaced it with a brand new one. The whole process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Their customer service was professional and friendly, which really gave me peace of mind. Excellent product quality backed by outstanding after-sales support. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with a Corsair 4000D…

I had an issue with a Corsair 4000D case with one of the side panels, which necessitated a replacement side panel. As it had been purchased as pre-owned, replacement under warranty didn't apply. However, Corsair have arranged for a replacement side panel as a one-off courtesy, which is brilliant. Great customer service. Thanks to Mel (Customer Support) for her excellent help.

The Best Customer Service

Fast replies, and easy RMA. Mel H. took care of me like I would take care of my own child. They are an absolutely wonderful person an an agent of god in my eyes. Great customer support

The fact that the company will actually help there customers/fans when they are most in need of help for problems that they had with products. It took just a little bit of time to fully complete everything but that was mostly due to my being able to get everything ready for Corsair to fully help me out. Everything was great and I’m very happy to be a Corsair user and will continue supporting them by buying more products.

Excellent Customer Service and Quick Resolution

I had an issue with my Corsair HS80 USB RGB headset, which developed cracks in the left headphone casing after just two weeks of use. I reached out to Corsair's support (huge thanks to Matthew B. for handling this situation, he's very kind), and they handled the situation exceptionally well. Despite the need for proof of destruction, they made a one-time exception and sent me a replacement headset without requiring the return of the faulty unit. The process was smooth and communication was prompt throughout. The replacement arrived in a timely manner, and I’m pleased with the resolution. I highly appreciate the customer support team for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Corsair Support That Truly Cares

I had an issue with my Corsair mouse that was already outside its warranty period, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, Matthew B. from Corsair Support went above and beyond; he approved a one-time replacement for me, clearly explained every step of the process, and made it all hassle-free. The instructions were clear, communication was professional yet friendly, and I appreciated the transparency about shipping/tracking updates. What really stood out was the fairness and willingness to help even when they technically didn’t have to... that kind of customer care really builds trust in a brand.
