Maus mit extrem schlechter software…

Maus mit extrem schlechter software nein danke Ich habe mir denn CORSAIR SCIMITAR RGB ELITE Kabelgebunden gekauft und es ist einfach nur ein Witz. Wenn ich denn Pc am Tag zum ersten mal hochfahre wird die Maus von der Software erkannt. Wenn der PC neu gestartet werden muss wegen update oder ein set up dann wird die Maus gar nicht erkannt und muss es aus und wieder einstecken damit es wieder erkannt wird für 70 € so ein schrott Software hinzulegen ist ja be@@@@@@. Neuer Rechner für 2000 € gebaut und an der Maus hängt es muss los. Nie wieder wird Corsair meine Wohnung betreten. Mau wurde 3 Tage benutzt und wird wieder zurück geschickt. Im vergleich zu Roccat (Turtle Beach) SWARM software funktioniert die Software seit 5 Jahren ohne Probleme. Seit Tag 1 keine Probleme gehabt und bei CORSAIR ist es schon Problematisch in 3 Tagen. Bei der Swarn Software sind 3 Geräte gebunden und Corsair kommt schon mit 1 Gerät nicht klar.

Terrible Quality — K70 RGB Pro Fails Again and Again, Never Buying Corsair Again

I’ve had to exchange my Corsair K70 RGB Pro multiple times through support, and every single replacement only works properly for a short while before new problems appear. Issues I’ve faced: Double key inputs (pressing “A” gives “AA”) Volume wheel working in reverse (turning down makes the volume go up, and vice versa) Random keys stop working altogether And now, my Shift key has completely stopped working I paid €174 for this keyboard, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable for the price.

Corsair warranty RMA is excelent

Even the supplier offered me only 2 years warranty for my PSU, Corsair is overnight more warranty. The responded very fast and offered me the RMA for the PSU.

Always been a Corsair Lover, but this time...

Always been a Corsair Lover, but this time they really angered me, I had a really weird issue with my keyboard (K70 Pro RGB), so I had fill out a RMA request, and sent back all the content of the original package they sent me, as they asked, even the arm rest which wasn't even technological thinking that they would completely replace everything, took a bit of time but in the end I got back my keyboard and the cable for it, that's where the problem comes from,I didn't get back my arm rest, which I really but really liked, it's been a week since I got back my keyboard, made another "RMA" request but for the arm rest, today, I decided to check the UPS tracking code to see in how many days it's gonna come, they lost the package, even tho Corsair are nice to be replacing everything without me paying anything. Anyway, that's why I'm giving me 3 stars.
