Today the post brought me a lovely early Christmas present from my friend Janine. It was a cream tea, in a box, from The Cornish Tea Company. Occasionally, there is a minor mishap in an order, nothing serious, but you end up with something a unexpected. This happened - for the first time - last Friday and I wrote over the weekend. Early this morning, I had a fulsome apology and the promise of the correct order in the post today. I shall doubly enjoy this fabulous tea and order it again in due course: outstanding service from a senior member of the Sales team. Well done for this.

Ordering was an easy experience and the website was very intuitive. Delivery was fast, it came via Royal Mail within 2 days. The goods were packed well and included a couple of unexpected bonuses. I sampled the tea that day and it was excellent, will certainly order again, recommend highly.
First tasted the fusion Earl Grey in August in Newquay and have reordered it 3 times. It’s the addition of rose buds that makes it so delicious.
Bought the tea whilst holidaying in Cornwall and found it to be very nice. Very pleased to be able to buy it again after getting home. Buying on line was very easy and it was nice to get an introductory discount. Parcel was well packed and arrived very quickly.
