Always had great customer service whenever I've needed it. Keep it up guys not many places left with decent customer service

I called in Earlier today to apply for a personal loan, I spoke to Angela. Angela was very helpful and polite and patient as I didn’t have all relevant documents I needed to hand. Honestly, I can’t fault Angela or Commsave at all…. Thank you

I spoke to Laurey numerous times this week about a payment I requested to be moved due to falling poorly. Unfortunately the payment was taken out still when I had received a messaged to say they had moved it, however Laurey has been going above and beyond to ensure the money is sent back to me till I can afford it! I took out a loan with this company when I was younger and unfortunately fell into not paying it and ignoring the communications when I was having a hard time and I’m so gutted as I know this company is absolutely brilliant and all there staff would do anything they can to help you. I have referred around 11 people to the company and every single one only ever has fantastic feedback.

Commsave is Always watching out for its members especially in times of need. It’s my back up plan whenever I fall on hard times. They understand LIFE challenges and always try the best to help out.

Applied for an Orbital loan and thankfully it was approved as the past few haven’t gone through. I am very happy with the process although I only gave it 4 stars and not 5 as I found the process a little long although I understand that with finance and doing checks etc that you do need to be thorough.

Raveena was very helpful and lovely to speak too.
