I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from Charters. Sarah showed me a property which I was unfortunately unable to take, but she kept in touch and a few weeks later, after I’d arranged a viewing, added a second property in the same area which she thought might suit my needs. It did, and the whole process was seamless from there on, with me moving in within a week of viewing. Very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the team at Charters

Once again Sarah Bainbridge , along with Georgina Mistry on the contract side, have smashed it ! Sarah combines an excellent knowledge of her brief , great negotiating skills and subtle but effective marketing skills by finding solutions to the most problematic of renting challenges. Georgina on the other hand was responsive, knowledgeable and confident about the parameters for changes or amends to the contract . A great team at Charters !

Paul Stephens was the most positive agent that we met when bringing our house to market. He impressed us with both his knowledge of the area, appreciation of our property and the local market that backed up his valuation. Paul proposed to introduce prospective buyers, rather than an open market approach, and we quickly agreed a sale, so were delighted that he'd delivered as promised! Jo Goddard then took over to liaise with ourselves and each party's solicitors during the ensuing weeks, ensuring regular updates and developing timelines up to the exchange of contracts.
