I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

My experience with Charters Estate Agent was very positive. I had a lot of help from Ella Burnet who did an amazing job at getting me to the right resource and explaining to me what I need to do in the next steps to getting a letting. Sarah Bainbridge is responsive, affable and knowledgeable of the Winchester area. Sarah and the rest of the team were exceptionally quick to book our viewing, timely & helpful at the viewing and worked hard to process the acceptance quickly so I could go back to focusing on the day job! The tech partners they use for the reference checks made that process a breeze.
