I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I chose Charters estate agents to sell my property in Southampton , Bassett area purely on the basis that I knew that the sales agent who working for them as he’d sold us a property a few years back. This sales agent , Simon Esda’s knowledge of the Bassett housing market is second to none and together we came up with a sales approach to best market my property. Simon introduced us to a potential buyer within a few days of being contracted to Charters. This buyer purchased the property . The team at Charters kept me up to date with the sales process and Lisa Roberts worked hard on ensuring we informed as to what was happening in all parts of the chain to the sale conclusion. The team at Charters are very professional and I would have no hesitation of using them again in the future.

The team was very helpful from the 1st day, particularly Sam Scott who helped me through the whole journey of renting, answering all my questions, even at 10pm when I had an emergency, sorting my parking and multiple other issues I had. I highly recommend Sam and wish him the best in his career.

From start to finish, Charters have been incredible. We were not expecting to move but the perfect house came up and we just had to go for it. They took on not only the purchase of the house of our dreams but the sale of our own house. Everyone we had contact with went above and beyond to support viewings of both properties. Their communication throughout the feedback process for the sale of our house was amazing and the sale progression team support us to complete without any issues. I would recommend Charters to anyone looking to move - you are in such safe and hard working hands. As first time tennents, there was a lot of stress and confusion when finding out first place. That's why it was so essential to have someone as professional, personable and reassuring as Chloe. Not once did we feel any concern that we weren't in the absolute best hands and every step of our journey was smooth.
