I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Charters agent Danielle was really helpful, efficient and patient. She took great trouble to make sure that the description of my property was correct in every detail, and (on the telephone) successfully talked me through the rather complicated process of docu-signing. The property is now safely on the market.

I have used Charters in Chandlers Ford several times for our family's house moves over the years and it has always been a great experience. This time round, we have just agreed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home, both through them, in what is quite a tough time for house sales. The whome team and mainly Edward and Luke have been great to deal with and exactly what I needed at this stressfull time. Luke, the valuation manager, that was our assigned main point of contact, kept us regularly updated, ensured our buyer was always updated too and kept us at the forefront of his mind when it came to searching for properties. I also appreciated that he didn't just made us view properties that didn't meet our criteria, therefore not wasting ours and the sellers' time. That way I felt assured that he had followed the same dilligent process when showing our house, ensuring all our viewings were credible buyers. A very professional individual with a very assured and calm nature. He told us 'This is your new home' when we found our new property and I truly believed him, low and behold it was exactly that! Also grateful for Edward and his efforts. A delightful invidual to work with, that knew exactly how to manage the negotiations and get us the best possible outcome. I am grateful to both of them and the rest of the team, including Cameron and Jake for their efforts to get us here! Can't recommend them enough!

We were purchasing a property through the Alton office which unfortunately we did not complete on but that was no fault of the team at Alton. Quite the opposite Darcy went out of his way to try to get agreement with the seller but we had to walk away in the end. These guys are the most professional agents we have ever dealt with.
