I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

If you are looking for an exceptional and first class estate agent that works with you every step of the way, then look no further than Charters. They went out of their way to make our house sale as stress-free as possible and because this was a probate sale, they would even visit the property and pick up post when we weren't able to. Special thanks have to go to Sarah Harris and Darcy Seal who kept us well-informed, updated and grounded with their optimistic and friendly personalities. We sold our house STC in about 4 days thanks to Charters and especially Luke. From the first contact that we had with him, he's been proactive and meticulous. We felt we were in safe hands and have always been kept up to date with progress. We haven't yet found our dream house to move onto, but are confident that when we do, the Charters team will manage the sales process efficiently and take some of the stress away from us. We have been renting the same property for over a decade and as I am sure you can imagine we were a bit sceptical when we found out that the letting agency we were with had been purchased by Charters But all we can say is what an improvment in service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Most recently, a minor repair was needed which we reported via the web site and that same day Emily Cuell (Property Manager) phoned to get more information and keep us updated regarding the repair. It was all sorted out in just a few days. We are more than happy with the service provided

Although we did not have the smoothest of journeys with our house sale, Edward and the team were fantastic the whole time. Incredibly patient, answering all queries and bringing me back down when I was overwhelmed with the general stress of selling & buying post divorce. When we lost our first buyer, the team were on it so incredibly quickly to find a new one so that I did not loose my onward purchase. Always a friendly person at the end of the phone, and went out of their way to help. I came to Charters after a disappointing service from another agent and I absolutely would not think twice about using them again should the need arise. I just wish I used them in the first place.
