I ordered a boot mat for my MGS5 last week and it arrived today. It looks good and fits perfectly. Would recommend.

Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

Avoid them

Avoid them The item I ordered was incorrect, and contacting these guys is impossible. There is no phone number and they do not reply to emails.

No delivery, no service!

Placed a £55 order on 1 March 2025 with an indicated dispatch time of 3-5 working days. After no delivery, dipatch notification, or correspondence, I followed up on status on 17 March 2025 via online contact form, since there is no listed telephone number or e-mail address. I immediately received an automated reply stating that a response can be expected after 5 days and an ominous warning not to submit further enquiries since it might delay the response (the automated response also included some belated advice on Christmas closure times of almost 3 months before). I finally received a response 10 days later on 27 April, blaming the non-delivery and delayed response on factory relocation and providing a new committed dispatch date of 4 April. Once again, no delivery or further communication prompted me to follow-up again on 8 April. After not receiving any further communication for another two weeks, I initiated a dispute process with my credit card provider.

Item wrong shape/size no response from company.

Ordered a custom boot mat for my specific make/model of car The mat was delivered on time however it is completely the wrong size and shape. I've emailed the company twice with no reply. The car mat was cheap and I'm glad as I can't see this being sorted and was a total waste of money and awful customer service.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Still Waiting – No Product, No Service, No Accountability

I placed an order with Car Mats UK on the 3rd of March 2025 for mats costing me €74.97 and, unfortunately, never received the item. I received one response on the 27th of March—after three emails—promising dispatch by the 4th of April. Since then, despite several follow-up emails, I’ve had no further communication. On the 14th of April, I gave the company a final opportunity to provide an update or issue a refund within seven days. Once again, no reply. I had no option but to take time out of my busy day to escalate the matter to my bank and request a chargeback, which has thankfully now been awarded. I have now also reported them to trading standards. They have no phone number—or at least none that works. From what I can tell, they’ve stopped using phones entirely, and now I see why. You can’t speak to a human being. Everything is automated, and if you reply within five days after sending an email, you’re pushed back to the bottom of the queue. Absolutely disgraceful! This whole experience has been not only frustrating but a complete waste of time. I would give minus stars if I could. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Awful company. Never again. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Car Mats UK, if you’re reading this—do better. FFS!

Ordered car mats for my Honda

Ordered car mats for my Honda, specifying what I wanted. Mats arrived when expected and the fit was perfect for front and back. Will use the the company again without hesitation. Thank you very much Car mats.

Poor quality

Took some time to arrive but as they are tailored to suit this was understandable. What wasn’t understandable was the fact that one of the securing pads came off within days of fitting the matt, the second one took longer to come off, but today I took the matt out to vacuum and noticed that the heel plate is coming away from the matt. I don’t drive the car regularly have probably only driven 1000 miles in the time I’ve had them, for the price of the matts I’m shocked. These weren’t the most expensive they sell but they were the second most expensive ones they sell.

Exceptional customer service ethos

Mats came as expected, good quality and looks good. I had an issue that the heel pad wasn’t under my heel by quite some way. I raised it as an issue and they sorted it with a replacement driver mat, no fuss no hassle. Really impressed with the teams efforts and approach to sorting my problem.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered a set of mats for nearly £60 4 weeks ago which have never arrived and no communication from the company apart from auto order email. There is no phone number anywhere on their website to contact them and after emailing them 3 times the only contact I have had is an auto reply to my first email. I asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago and will be reporting the company to Trading Standards if I don’t hear back from them by the end of tomorrow.
