Bought a flat a week ago through Basingstoke Brdges.Has been chasing to get fobs and keys since many weeks -no response,was standing outside my own flat for 20’minutes before someone came to let me in.Now I need to make keys and fobs myself,paying from my pocket. Sale done -Vanished -No response to emails-not professional.

The sole reason I would you bridges again is Hayley, the Sales Progressor. She sang from the same hymn sheet as me and was completely on board and ready for action whenever I needed her, often already actioning what I needed before I had spoken to her! We sold our property through Bridges Estate Agents in Farnborough and we felt looked after from the beginning. Our valuation was dealt with by Terry and I knew from the minute I met him we had chosen the right estate agents. From being kept in the loop about viewings from the team and answering emails/ phone calls with any questions we had. Luke took over once we had sold our house and he kept us well informed throughout the whole transaction. Answering any emails or phone calls with any questions we had in a timely manner. Luke remained a professional manner throughout, making sure he dealt with all queries the same, no matter how small or silly they where, that didn't matter to him. Having Purchased and Sold through Bridges - They are the best agents in Hook and surrounding villages. In the past we went with the competition and were left feeling sub-par/average and stressed. However, this time around we went with Bridges and it was the best decision we could have made. It was a partnership and Bridges were pro-active, had great communication, professional, diligent and we achieved what we wanted from the sale and purchase. From a buying perspective, Bridges are unique as they give you full market information per purchase i.e. everything you would want to know about a property and its surroundings, even before you walk through the door. They are consultative in their approach and for them its about you purchasing the right property for your needs and circumstances, not just selling a house. House prices are reflected from actual data and information, rather than trying to get a quick sale like other firms do. We are in our dream property, in one of the best roads which is idyllic for our family. From a selling point of view; we were delighted and overjoyed. To give some context here, we went with the competition 12 months prior and got 1 offer and 3 viewings, over a 1-2 month period vs Bridges - we got 11 viewings in 1 week and 4 offers. Even though the property fell through, further down the chain - we got a further 2 offers which were better than previous. Bridges have good partnerships in the village as well as solicitors, surveyors and other third parties which normally create stress. We could tell everything which was going on during the entire process and were updated regularly. Kevin is a very professional and charismatic individual with tonnes of estate agency experience. He has a very talented team in Justin and Kieran who are both very likeable and nice people to deal with. Kathy is thorough and well connected and made the post sales part, straight forward even though buying and selling houses isn't always that simple. Thank you again Bridges and we will only be recommending your firm for friends/family looking to buy and sell in Hook and surrounding villages.
