Should have been a 2 man delivery to room of choice, but 1 man didn't bother getting out
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Those two guys were excellent a warm greeting from them well mannered removed their shoes before taking the mattress which weighed a ton up the carpeted stairs. They were very nice indeed.

one purchase, two deliveries
I made one purchase, however ended up with 2 deliveries. A large part of my order had to be exchanged. The delivery guys were not to blame. Quality checks were poor and let Cotswold Company down. BJS Home delivery kept me informed and deliveries ran smooth on both occasions. I now have the perfect goods I should have received first time around.
