I recently ordered a hat which needed to be fitted with bilateral openings. We spoke to Bryony who was extremely helpful with measurements etc and the hat arrived within a few days. I am very pleased with it and communication was excellent.

Thank you. Hat came promptly, is of good quality. But the BAHA still whistles quite a lot, am still trying to adjust the hat to remove that.

The band is slightly smaller in breadth compared to the original. Be aware that you need to button can't use the original. Delivery felt was poor, it took a week for mine to come
