Great customer service & great items!
Bryony was really responsive when my order needed to be amended, when I had questions and delivery was much quicker than expected! Highly recommend - the BAHA bands are so much more comfortable and nicer looking than the band provided by the hospital.

Great customer service & love the custom designs
Great customer service. I ordered a custom headband and was given a few options for designs when I gave my sons likes, ended up ordering a Harry Potter design headband and a teddy dog which was made even better with a matching headband. My son was thrilled with both and loves wearing his new headband and gets lots of compliments for it.

Great service and great quality
This was my first time ordering headbands for my son’s hearing aid. Bryony was very helpful in answering my questions and advised me on what I needed. The quality of the headbands are great and I love all of the different designs! We’ll definitely be ordering more in the future.
