Skuffende. Jeg har benyttet Autodoc i lang tid nu, og været tilfreds kunde stort set hele vejen. Men de sidste 2 ordre har give stof til eftertanke. Ordre 1 ligger med en afventer afhentning af fragtfirme næsten en uge før der sker noget. Ordre 2 mangler pludseligt dele der endda står med "klar til forsendelse" tagget, hvorefter jeg bliver bedt om at betale differencen til et andet produkt. den mener jeg bedstem Autodoc skal stå for nå det nu er en fejl i deres ende. Især når man betaler for en service der skal sikre at man bestiller dele der er på eget lager.

Nem webshop at overskue

Nem webshop at overskue, nem at finde rundt på og nemt samt informativt at skulle finde reservedele, udstyr og andet til ens bil, ja faktisk også til bil nr. 2 hvis det er tilfældet at man har sådan en, priserne er også lave og rimelig og selv leveringen af ens bestilling er i orden.

Jeg bestille et side blink til min bil

Jeg bestille et side blink til min bil Og jeg modtag det side blink til min bil og jeg sætter det på min bil og må konstaterer at det blink jeg har få blinker rødt og ikke gul Jeg skrive til jers livechat og bliver lover der kommer et nyt ad der er sket en fejl og jeg venter over 14 dag på i finder ud af hvem det skal betale. Jeg høre ikke noge fra jer i hele 14 dage. Jeg ringer til jer kundeservice og snakke men en dame der siger at de venter på at finde ud af hve der skal betale få det ny blink. Der går yderlige 1 uge og jeg bliver ringet op at den autosvar og jeg ringe med det samme til jer kundeservice i gen og snakker med den samme kvinde igen der fortæller mig at det ikke hved hvem der skal betale for det ny blink. Jeg må så fortelle den kvinde i telefon at jeg snart har vente 3 uger på et nyt blink. Og hun stiller med et spørsmål om jeg selv har sadt det blink på selv eller på et værksted? Jeg svar jeg selv har sadt det på. Kvinden siger at så er der ikke nogen ganti på det og det vil ikke sende et ny. Og jeg må så fortelle den kvinde i telefon at jeg har købet den order med den der forsikring at passer det ikke på min vil så kan jeg sende det tilbage uden nogen problem. Hvor kvinden i telefon siger det passer ikke når jeg selv at monteret det på min bil og jeg spøger Hinne om hun siger jeg sider og lyve? Hver kvinden siger at det passer ikke det jeg sider og siger. Jeg bliver sur og siger til Hinne at det skal brage sen det ny blink eller skal de give mig pengen tilbage.. Og jeg smider røret på.. Det der gå over 14 dage igen inde jeg modtage det ny sider blink. Og der er rødt lige sim det føste og jeg sender en mail til dem og Beder om at for min penge tilbage og det laver de mig jeg har give 201,35kr men jeg får kun 79,35kr tilbage Jeg vil råde alle til at holde sig væk fra autoduck at der ikke har styr på hvad de lave og det snyder folk og siger jeg lyve og at det jeg sige ikke passer så jeg er helt færdig med at købe vare hos den bage ikke iorden

Jeg bestilte 3 reservedele (Som var og er på lager) d.5 sep. De er stadig ikke blevet sendt eller pakket. Hver gang jeg bruger jeres livechat så skriver den bare en ekstra dag på forventet levering når jeg indtaster mit bestillingnummer. Det er ikke muligt at kontakte dem på noget udover deres livechat, så en anmeldelse må jo bare være vejen til at få kontakt til jer. :-) Reservedelene jeg fik var som de skulle være. Opdatering: De har refunderet leverings omkostninger og givet en rabat kode da de kunne se der var gået noget galt hos dem.

I have used AutoDoc on several…

I have used AutoDoc on several occasions over the last two years with no issues, so on this latest visit to the AD site I was confident with the price, items and timing for expected delivery etc. I ordered a full set of Rotors and Pads for my car. I was a little surprised when I received 2 delivery numbers but thought as this order would be quite heavy AD had split the order up. The first box turned up in about 5 days, with the second box supposedly close behind. I had already prepared the car by having all of the rear rotors and pads removed the previous day. On opening the box I found 2 sets of rotors and 3 packs of pads🤔 I thought that a little strange as I didn’t recall ordering 4 sets of pads ( the 4th set of pads was in the second delivery that I didn’t have ) I checked the rotors and they were ok, I then checked the pads, only to find that they were 2 different sets. So I had the rear rotors and no pads ( as they were in the second impending delivery ) I tried to call but was directed to the Bot, after some back and forth they located the second delivery 🚚 and told me it would be a couple of days. Now I still had my car 🚗 in the air at this time but no pads to use. So I hung on and on the third day after trying to call AD ( no response ) I was actually able to purchase a set of pads here in Denmark ( considerable more expensive than AD ) and installed them the same day, so at least the car was back on the road. Ok I then had to contact AD to see if I could stop the delivery and find out how to return the other 2 spurious sets of pads ( that didn’t even fit my car ) I actually got into an email conversation with AD and I must say they were very good in sending me the free return form and a refund for the items not required. I am just awaiting confirmation of the refund. All in all what should have been a pretty easy job that would usually only take a day. I had the car off the road over a week. I’m ok with mistakes as these things happen and on the basis of my previous use of AD I shall continue to use them in the future.
