Brilliant communication from the Atterly Team and DHL re the ETA for the delivery. Goods arrived superbly packed in a wonderful bespoke boutique bag and tissue with ribbon. Wow!! I must say...I have forgotten what it is like to have a seamless and wonderful shopping experience from shopping online. Above & Beyond Expectations!!

Haven’t purchased anything for myself in a while so was looking forward to receiving my goods. Packages arrived earlier than expected. Well packaged and well presented - I should have known that the quality products would be supported with a quality service. 5 out of 5 in my book and I will be returning for treats for the whole family!

Overall pretty good experience. Easy to shop and delivered within good time. Found the returns experience a little confusing on site and frustrating there was no contact number for customer service. Would order again though as return was received and processed very quickly.
