I needed to cancel the gym membership…

I needed to cancel the gym membership for my son who was injured and was annoyed that I had received an email asking for further payment when I cancelled the dd. But after a quick and easy conversation with Rose, all was resolved amicably. Usually, if you try to leave a gym, things can turn nasty, but Rose made it easy and guilt-free. Thank you :)
