Haven't received order at all

Terrible service waiting over 2 days for a response. First item ordered was faulty & was advised to re- order but with less discount than I originally paid - & not getting back to me with a response on it. Will think twice about looking for anything in this website again- which is a shame as I loved many of the clothes. Sadly not restored anything Jeff, new discount code offered but as I waited 5 days for a response & I wanted the item for this weekend I need to return this & re-order again creating you work & myself as you cannot refund the difference??? Not sure whether you can advise differently.
