Quick delivery and lovely dress.

Packaged well and delivery was quick. The dress fit perfectly I’m a size 16 5’5 and length was to my ankle. Good value for money. Overall a great summer dress!!

I went into the Meadowhall store with my friend today, I wasn’t really looking for myself as I am a larger lady and thought they wouldn’t have anything to fit me. I was chatting to the assistant on the changing rooms while my friend tried some clothes on, saying I like the clothes and wish they would fit me. She told me about their curve range for larger sizes and asked another assistant to show me what they had. The second assistant stayed with me and helped me to look as I was in my wheelchair. She picked out lots of clothes for me and encouraged me to try them. I took some to the changing room and was very impressed by their lovely big disabled changing room. The first assistant helped me to try on the clothes whilst the other one searched through the rails to find more things to try on. They were both so helpful, friendly and kind, I felt so welcome in the shop both as a disabled person and as a larger lady. After trying lots of clothes on I settled on 2 tops of the same style but in different colours and a dress that they had in one colour in the shop but a different colour in a smaller size. It was no trouble for the assistants to order the other colour for me in my size and have it delivered to my house. I feel like they all went above and beyond for me today. They even had a water fountain outside the changing rooms.

Was delivered at wrong place not at my address was left outside building so was not there when l went and looked somebody pick it up and was delivered at 11.40 at night

Gave a 1 review because I couldn't give a zero!! Same standard reply to my query which DOES NOT ANSWER IT! No telephone number for queries! Appalling customer service! Avoid this company at all costs

I was checking the website from my phone (android), and it was a bit hard to navigate as it was glitching (displaying duplicate entries of the same item) when I was trying to go back to a previous page. Also, it would be useful if the user could browse items from their basket rather than trying to find them again.

They have not replied to any of my messages regarding my next day delivery parcel. That wasn’t delivered next day

The parcel took a little longer to come than promised. I love the prints & the styles of the dresses but the short ones fall at a bad point just above my knees so are not at all flattering and will be returned. I will keep the long one.

Too much material at the back which didn’t show up on the website model or description

Ordered item on 15th August to be delivered instore , still showing as dispatched. I am currently getting customer services to find out where my package is , it was brought to hopefully wear at a wedding reception that was last Friday so very disappointed
