I had my eye on this bag for ages but was waiting for the sales. It was more affordable for me when it was £15, however it was not enough for free delivery should I order the bag so I contacted Customer Service to see if I could collect from a New Look store.It was not possible and we do not have an Apricot store where I live so they kindly agreed to free delivery.Bag is lovely but I wouldn't have paid full price for it. .

I do not have any form of experience when purchasing items. I purchase clothing when I need them.

I recently bought an item I am trying to return. I was given a date for a courier to collect the item and no one has arrived. I am now concerned I will not receive a refund.

I am so disappointed with the returns . I have tried so many times to return my item on line. So far have been unable to . Please Apricot make this easier. Why not send return form with the item. Not everyone has the time to keep doing this .

Good clothes at affordable prices tried several items on and decided on joggers in neutral colour and navy blouse which both will go with other clothes i have.

Not only did Apricot Clothing sell me an absolutely gorgeous dress, they were quick to cancel an order I made by mistake and they processed an item I returned very quickly. Great service thank you!

2 weeks and no order. Took a week for customer services to replay and say it wasn’t processed and will be reimbursed. Still hasn’t, and no further response from customer services. Order still showing as open and paid for on screen. Will start a case with bank tomorrow

Order was shipped in the appropriate time frame as advised and the quality of the clothes was excellent, I would buy again.
