After 3 failed deliveries from Amazon I decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere, I googled the American Fridge Freezer that I wanted and found ae , wow, fantastic price, plus the very quick delivery was dated for today and it actually arrived as promised, I was kept in the loop all the way through from actually getting a phone call from ae explaining the delivery process, then an hour before delivery I received a phone call from the driver saying they were on their way to me, then the delivery van arrived and the two guys Raj & Nick were the friendliest & most helpful delivery crew that I've had the pleasure to meet, their a 100% credit to your company. Thank you Appliance Electronics, Raj and Nick you're all fantastic. I will definitely use you again as my first choice next time.

Excellent delivery service from Val and Curtis. Removed packaging and manoeuvred chest freezer into the exact place it needed to go in my garage. Very polite and courteous.

We ordered an American fridge/freezer for delivery when we returned from holiday. Excellent communication with actual delivery date and time. It was delivered by Vas and Clif on time , with no problems and a lot of humour. Everything from the excellent pricing through to actual delivery inside our house was perfect

I ordered an item that showed as being in stock, money was taken and I even received a tracking number and an email confirming that I would receive my item by next day delivery. Only to be informed at a later date that they had oversold the item. No apology and refunds would take up to 10 days. A nice way for them to improve their cashflow.

We brought our new fridge freezer from Appliance Electronics, about a week ago now. The service we have received was perfect, we was looked after from the start. All the staff we spoke with were very friendly, polite and did everything to make sure our needs were meet. The delivery team were also very friendly and polite with a really fast delivery time from order to receiving our appliance. Our fridge freezer was delivered with care and placed where we needed it. I would 100% recommend Appliance Electronics to any customer the prices and customer service won’t be meet elsewhere. I will be using this company from now on for our appliance purchases.

I recently ordered a gas hob from them but had a terrible experience, the hob i ordered had a heat element broken on one of the burners and the guy alex who works in the support tried to blame it on me saying you had a chance to check the delivery properly to what i replied that i am not an expert at checking gas hobs as the damage is underside the plates and finally after 10 calls and many emails they decided to replace the gas ABBSOLUTELY AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SELLER THEY WILL BLAME IT ON YOU!!

Ordered a Hisense washing machine, although delivery did say 1-3 days it was delivered a week after ordering ( the reason why it is not 5*) after a call on the 4th days was explained because we live in a remote area that is why it was longer than predicted. Raj & nick (great guys) delivered the machine and made sure to check it was all in great condition! Excellent service from them!

My new oven does not work properly. It has loud noise when the first time I tried to turn it on. Unusual noise that makes me feel not safe to use. Tried to contact the support team but not yet receive any reply.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Placed an order last week via Amazon and was advised Wednesday/Thursday delivery. I then contacted the company to ask for an exact date and was told Wednesday/Thursday but couldn't give me any more info than that. I've had my wife wait in for 2 days without delivery so called the company to be told they will now deliver on Saturday because I live near Liverpool and the van wasn't going to Liverpool until Saturday. No apology! Nothing! When I complained about the fact I'd been told Wednesday/Thursday I was told I could either take delivery on Saturday or cancel the order! Absolute waste of time!!!!! Customer service is a joke!

Orderd the fridge freezer then got a call before the delivery date explaining when they would be here etc. two lovely chaps turned up raj and Arnold. Really polite, helpful and wouldn’t leave till they were positive everything was sorted. Thanks guys!!

I ordered a RC Horizon P47 plane the item came within 3 days by courier who notified me on the time it would arrive. The item arrived in perfect condition. I am happy with the price I paid and satisfied with the service received.
