Constant problems with no water

Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders

Entering day 4 without mains water

Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.

Dreadful service

Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Sometimes it'd hard to describe a company and service. All I will say is 8 visits over 3 months so far for a leak outside my 86 year old aunts house and a 3 foot hole and still the water drips.. Probably the worst company I have have ever dealt with in 58 years it's beyond comprehension. I'm actually embarrassed by the people and their service..incompetent doesn't even come close

Smart meter is smart!!

I moved into a property with a Smart Meter on 20th March and on 3rd April I received an email advising they thought I had a leak due to abnormal use. Following their step by step guide and making a hole in a soon to be demolished kitchen, I located the leak and had it fixed by a plumber. My only suggestion for Anglian Water would be that the hourly readings is set as default because I would have realised sooner that I wasn't using that water for the first week. However they did credit me money so I am not reducing stars though perhaps I should as water is so precious..

Anglian water the best company!!

Absolutely wonderful company I wish I got the name of the lady I spoke to she was an absolute angel called her to let her know I wanted to make a big payment as I know I had missed some, (I explained I had been out of work but got a job but had to work a month in advance previously) she helped me set up a payment plan that included my previous balance and was so understanding and helpful I thanked her several times I apologised for to her as I work night shift as a carer and could only ring on my day off as normally I am asleep for my next shift during the hours they are open she was so understanding I could not thank her more for helping me. Best company

LIE!! Tell lies about fixing issues, but don't fix them

Anglian Water, You were supposed to have fixed a dangerous manhole cover on the 2nd April, but no one came to fix it. It is still dangerous and could bounce out and cause an accident. It is noisy and bangs loudly all day and night every time a vehicle goes over it, so it is disturbing the peace. We have asked many times for this to be repaired. You have even had the disrespect to tell one of the residents that you have fixed it, But you LIED to her, It has NOT been fixed. This is totally unacceptable!! Anglian water is a disgrace !! You LIE to your customers about work that you say you have done but you have NOT done.

exploiting monopoly

It's unacceptable that this lot have failed us by illegally dumping effluent in the Norfolk Broads and sea, but belly-ache that they need to raise £11bn for "investment". They claim it's a mere 19%, but my calculation is that they are taking more than that from me. Quite why ofwat think this is reasonable, too beats me, as my pension has certainly not kept pace with that, and I don't know anyone who has had an increase in income to match. Installing a meter some years ago, we were promised that the chamber tube would be raised so that the lid would be level with our concrete drive - which was put in place in 1970. The chamber is in gravel beside the drive [again nothing different since at least the 1980s] and the wretched meter reader digs down through it and leaves a pit every year. Our water stinks of chemicals and is quite unpleasant [is it poisoning us surreptitiously?]. Oh yes, new infrastructure is needed for the plethora of new homes etc, but why are the developers of those footing the bill? As a monopoly exists I can't buy elsewhere. No doubt their shareholders aren't suffering as much as the customers!

We do not want fluoride in water and…

We do not want fluoride in water and the other contaminants found in it and neither do we want smart technology which causes health issues. You should be concentrating on cleansing the water and not sending out idiots to push health diminishing technology on humanity. One in two people get cancer and cures that work are blocked as Cancer Research keep taking money and still patients are given treatments that do not work and those who give treatments that work are treated despicably. We the people own the water. We do not consent to being poisoned by greedy corporations that pretend to own the water that pays a CEO a high salary when the rest of us are going without, who does nothing about water cleansing but he takes a high salary for being deceptive. People are paying for poison water which is destroying their health from corporations who do not own the water. We as assured party creditors never created a WRITTEN DEED OF TRUST for Thatcher to declare any Energy company as being "absolute owner status". Can Anglian Water prove they have the Written DEED of Trust granting ABSOLUTE OWNER STATUS? No meters are necessary and we do not consent to having smart meters pushed on everyone. This is not an upgrade. This is a corporation pushing dangerous technology on people that is not necessary as you continually fail to meet your obligations and play games and are not transparent with what you are pushing on people. We do not need any meters and we demand that you purify the water and stop charging for something that has already been paid for. People are dying from being over vaccinated, msg in food, Bovaer in milk, unnecessary additives in food and receiving poison water not fit for anybody's consumption. We do not consent. How can forcing cancer inducing technology on humanity be an upgrade? We are not here at this time to be poisoned by individuals who have no empathy and do not care. Get your finger out and cleanse the water. We demand clean water and if you are not prepared to do as you are told then an organisation will be created that will do as we ask.
