After a terrible - no, HORRENDOUS - experience ordering from a company called Footwear Fetish (now renamed Taboo Boutique after receiving so many negative reviews), I took a chance and ordered from Alternative Footwear. The shoes were in stock as they were end of line and they arrived within a few days. Beautifully packed absolutely stunning Pleaser shoes (I adore Pleasers)!!! Customer service was excellent when I contacted them; all in all, very professional and reliable. Thank you again :-)

update!: they’ve arrived! i got the demonia swing 815 - beautiful fit and very adjustable with the straps and buckles. easy to walk in and comfortable. would defo recommend ❤️ the site is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. shoes are easily found if you are searching for specific ones. i’ve ordered on the 15th. i will update my review once they get here! i am 1000% sure i will be happy with my purchase

Alternative-Footwear have an easy-to-use website showing all the shoes in detail. Ordering is easy and the prices are very competitive. The selection of shoes, especially from Pleaser, is enormous. Delivery is quick and painless and the office routinely answer queries within a day (eg once they've opened). We use the company frequently and have always been pleased with the service.

I ordered Pleaser DELIGHT-613 Nude Patent/Nude heels for a pageant and they look so elegant, the fit is perfect and the nude tone matches my light skin tone so well. They are so comfortable, high and easy to walk in, especially with the extra grip on the bottom and cushioning within the heel. I have had so many different pageant heels and these are by far THE BEST.

The boots are amazing! Totally satisfied. The range of products offered is always wide and so much to choose from. The only disappointing thing was the delivery, I have been sent a slot time and day but nobody showed up, waited all day at home, eventually the boots were delivered the next day after 3 calls to the dispatching courier. This is not Alternative Footwear fault, however it was very annoying having to chase the parcel. I must say I buy from them often and this was the 1st time I had this issue. It can happen.

they arrived perfectlly and they are very pretty. I would recomend maybe get one size bigger if you have doubts as ordedrer and it fits me perfect the lengh but they are a narrow. They are very confortable and the customer service was very fast.
