Took two 7 seater vans for a church trip from Ontario local office . Didn't know they close at 4pm luckily I had called 10min to their close time and Selena assured me they will wait for me and since l was going to be there at the close time. Customer care was excellent, she cheerfully took care of us in style and in a short time. She definitely knows her work. Thank you Selena. Thx AVR

Our reservation was cancelled because our flight was delayed so when we got to the airport there was no shuttle to pick us up. I had phoned and left a message we would be late. It then took us almost 2 hrs to get someone to answer the phone and send a shuttle for us. Once we finally got there they were excellent in getting us what we had reserved. One of the shuttle drivers kept asking for a tip which really irritates me. Needless to say he did not get o e.
Attractively priced and good cars Rented for few days in SFO. Car was in good condition. the driver to and from airport were very courteous people. The renting process was a breeze

When you let third party like carrental.com handle your marketing I have no idea how you 2 doing business. But I know I rent your car through Carrental.com when I showed to your office, your people said your company not agree with Carrental.com. What was happened I will have no car to get out of LAX airport. I have to rent the truck in your office term. I have been disappointed. You check my account and do something about it. I will not go to your rental office ever again.

The worst customer service I have seen in decades. The lies upfront to your face, the tricks to get more money from the customer, the lack of trust... I was appalled that I was told that my international insurance would not be accepted so I had to purchase theirs. I have been using the same insurance for years in so many different countries, and this is the first time I am told this. The reason given was that "it's our policy, it's in our handbook" and when I asked to see where it is written, the answer was "you can't, I don't have the handbook here". After I insisted politely a few times, she "found the handbook" and started reading through it, only to "be surprised" that I was allowed to use my insurance as long as I could provide proof that it covered this vehicle in California. For this I had to call my insurance provider, put them on the line with the person at the car rental for them to be convinced... wow, really. A lie up front and then making it as hard as they could for me to get away without buying their overpriced insurance... One thing I am sure is that I will never go back there. Oh, and note: ACE and AVR are the exact same thing, so switching to the other one won't do you any good. Please be advised that you will have to pay extra for: - full insurance - liability insurance - fuel One of their tricks is to ask you if you want to pay for refueling at the end of the trip. If you say no, then they pick a van which has little fuel left in the tank. But instead of the normal car rental companies that let you return empty if it was nearly empty, they here tell you to bring it back at 1/8th full (basically 1 bar above empty) because that''s the current amount of fuel in the tank. They do this because they know that there is no way anyone could guess correctly how much fuel to put in to hit that exact 1/8th, so people will always over-refuel, and the company will take that for free. There is so much scamming, animosity and bad intentions in that place that it makes me sad

Friendly staff Waited about 30 min the van pulled up all the windows were extremely dirty as well as the inside I even found old french fries in the driver console missing cup holder and stains on the seats. The young lady who helped seemed embarrassed and took the van to the back for 10 min and did the best she could. The next day we discovered a burned out tail light and empty wind shield washer reservoir. I contacted customer service about my concerns they said next rental they will upgrade me sadly there won`t be a next time.
Unfortunately I was not told in advance that I would have to pay an extra $25 fee for dropping the car off at 6 pm at an after hour lot. I believe I should have made aware of this when I booked the van.
