Everything thing went well. There was a little of a wait to pick up the vehicle. Could have had another person on the check in. Best thing was the service extra I got returning to the Denver location. I returned the van just before closing in a significant snow storm. Dino graciously offered to drive me to my hotel even though it was out of town his way & his shift was done. Otherwise I would have had to walk. Thanks Dino!

Horrible. You should know that this business closes at 8pm. If your flight is delayed and you get there after 8pm, “no car for you.” They are sluggishly slow at the counter. If your leaving before 8am, you have to leave the vehicle across the street, keys under the mat, and call a number to tell them the spot. You’ll have to pay the parking fee of $20 which is not clear at time of booking. Also, the man told me “we are not affiliated with the airport in any way” while referring to a shuttle back to the airport, although the company name would indicate otherwise. Just do not book a vehicle here. Seriously, move on, pay more, and have a better experience. It’s horrible.

Upon returning the car they want to charge me $ 99.00 to clean inside or I had to bring it clean which I had to do. Where I will never recommend this company to rent a car.

Arranging the rental on line was quite easy and staff even helped me get a lower rate. I had to adjust the pickup time later on and that went smoothly as well. However, when picking up the van things bogged down. I arrived at the arranged pick up time,but it took a full hour at the facility to get my van. All of my information had to be put into the computer again to generate the rental agreement.My van was not ready and had to be detailed and configured for my group size while I waited. I booked a 12 passenger van and received an older 15 passenger van (91000 miles) with seats removed to accommodate my group. The van served our purpose but was not what I expected. Return of the van was seamless and quick. My group travels to Las Vegas every year, but I am not sure I will use AVR on my next trip.

The rental was easy and without any problem. I gave 4 stars because the van seem old. It has a lot of mileage on it. The wiper blade was old and did wipe well.

The customer representative is rude. Try to sell me collisions insurance even though i said i bought it during book the rental. After i declined the insurance she take her time and pull everything that can cause the extra time. Almost 2 hours to finish check out the car

I was over charge

I wasn’t pleased with the way that they tried to give me a damaged vehicle. I had go outside with a small flashlight and inspect the vehicle on my own, in the middle of the night. There was hardly any lighting in the parking lot. Also they charge you more money for returning the vehicle during non business hours. I had walk over to the terminal to catch the bus back to the airport. I could have just rented from Avis!

The location was supposed to be at the airport instead it was necessary to call for a shuttle. Waiting on the shuttle and going to the actual location wasted 45 minutes of my time. Ordinarily that would have been fine, but for this trip I was on a tight schedule. Also, I was given a very dirty van when other clean vans were available.

Sold my car before I got there.

Quick and easy experience. Just don’t like the fact a sale is taken on the cc not a authorization because it took over a week to see the refund. Other than that process It was seamless

Shuttle service was lacking

good value. not the fanciest office, but that is fine with me. I am paying for the car, not the office.

The rental was not as requested; 15 passenger when only 9 was able to sit comfortable. The ride was NOT comfortable. Very hard bouncy ride. Seat belts were hard to use and did not for every seat.
