Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
Super price for quite new van rental. Of course, just like even big name rentals, the staff is trained to up sell additional options, but with less contentions. Great experience.

When I booked the car it did not say this was an offsite location and there was no information on how to get there. It took a few calls to get a pick-up. Once I reached the rental car location they did not have the car/size I had rented only very large vans. Consequently, the insurance I had purchased would not cover the car I was getting. I had to purchase the rental car insurance which was double the cost. The staff was very nice and accommodating and had great service but I ended up driving a huge van that was very dated, pretty dirty, the windshield wipers did not work well, the cruise control did not work, there was a loud grinding noise when making a sharp right turn and a few other small issues. I don't think I would want to rent from this facility again.

I rated 5 stars because I did not have a problem from the first day of rental till the day I returned the van. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even lend us a stool for my mom. Price is even, not too expensive and deposit/refund was given back. Van was in good shape, though we had to put air on 1 tire every now & then. My family's experience was great ! Thank you.

AVR’s rate is very reasonable. The rental process is easy. My only complaint is the odor in the van that we rented. There was an annoying dog smell in the van that lingers while we were using the van.

Very poor customer service. Waited for a shuttle for nearly a half an hour. Lady was rude. Will NEVER use again.
I had no issues, great customer service and great vehicle. Of course you have to wait if someone is being serviced in front of you. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and happily taken care of at the appropriate time. I definitely will utilize this company for all my rental needs in the future and would recommend to others as well.
Good service
Getting the vehicle took a bit of time. I know it was a busy weekend and perhaps that was the issue. All in all, very pleased.

The woman we dealt with when getting a car was great but the woman we had to deal with when returning the car was horrible! Terrible customer service! Very rude! Will not be renting from here again because of her!
