Great Value... Great service!

I recommend your company to anyone I see that is getting a rental car.

Ace was nowhere to be found at the airport, nor was it on any of the airports signs. It took us quite a while to figure out how to even get a shuttle. After calling several different numbers, they finely sent a vehicle to pick us up, and drove us quite far. Very inconvenient. I will never rent from Ace again.

Only hitch was that I had to Uber from the San Diego airport to their off-site location because their shuttle driver was at lunch. Other than that, the rate and vehicle were excellent.

They double charged me.

Not happy with the rental car already has damaged and very high mileage. Inconvenience because office working hours is closed at 2 pm.

In a rush was tricked into the pre pay for gas....when I realized I was barely going to be driving I called ahead of time and asked to return it full, was told no...when I returned the car I asked again, they saw I literally drove 50 miles at the most and used no gas...the gas portion cost more than the 2 day rental....I told them it was my mistake and that their comment on how much I could save by pre buying gas was misleading since I only had a 2 day rental and was not planning on driving much at all. I told them I rent in Utah 1-2x a month and I would come back if they would honor my mistake, they refused. I will never rent from this company again, horrible customer service. I normally use Silvercar so at least the shuttle driver was a pleasure and drove me right over to Silvercar to pick up my 5 day rental where this would never happen.

Worst experience ever totally unprofessional And they lied about everything

I called airport van rental to ensure that the SUV I was planning on renting was an all wheel drive vehicle as I was driving to the Lake Tahoe area and knew that an all wheel drive would be very important. The person I talked to ensured me that all the SUVs were all wheel drive, so I made the reservation. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle I asked the guy at the counter to make sure the vehicle was all wheel drive. I was told that it wasn't and that I'd have to pay an extra $100 per day to get all wheel drive. I told him that I had specifically called the company to ensure I was getting an all wheel drive and that's what I was promised for the price. He gave me a "deal" and only charged me an additional $30 per day. When I called the main number again later I asked them if the SUVs were all wheel drive and was again told that all the SUVs where all wheel drive. When a customer is given a quote from a representative of the company the company needs to honor that price for the features quoted.

The customer service was great and the price was reasonable. The 12-15 seater vans were a bit old and needs major upgrade. I would probably consider another rental company if i wanted a newer and updated van.

Id give this place ZERO stars if I could. After being charged an extra $200 in cleaning fees I was FURIOUS!! We have NO dogs or pets & no one in my family smokes. We left the vehicle just as we have left a hundred rental cars in the past since we have rented more than a hundred cars in my life time. NEVER have I been charged any extra fee for ANYTHING!! Especially not cleaning!!! We tried calling the manager to settle this several times & NEVER got a returned call. We finally disputed it with my credit card company. I will NEVER use this company again. Nor will I EVER recommend them!!

I was charged more then what was in the contract. Email receipt for prepaid rental doesn’t mean anything. Check amount when you get to the counter. Don’t give your credit card until you confirm the amount!

Very nice van, good price, convenient to airport.

Was not happy about having to show a utility or mortgage for local rental and that I had to pay for mileage. I didn’t read the fine print. I have rented many vehicles and have never had this happen.
