Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
Great and Cheap. Just make sure that you take a look at the van before you check it out and mark any dings on it. There was quite a few dings and dents but since I marked them it was no problem when I returned it.
This was the worst car rental place I have ever rented from. I rent cars once a month. This location advertised a low rental cost, but made me pay the insurance when I have insurance coverage from my insurance company and my special travel credit card. I explained how in all my travels I have never had to take the extra insurance, but the agent insisted I had to. There is more to this horror story. Please don't be fooled by these people.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had!! We WAITED 55 minutes for a Shttle bus to pick us up, and that was after calling 3 times for a pick up, in 18 degree temperatures. Then, they picked up another crowd, and proceeded to Shuttle us 15-20 minutes away. After poor service, not having the vehicle we ordered, they brought us out to our FILTHY rental! They said their car wash was broken. Funny thing is, 5 days later, it was still broken when we returned. Poorest service, and a bad way to start out a vacation.
Van was very good with no problems. Service received when picking up and dropping off van was very good. However the online chat service I used to initially rent the van was very inaccurate. I clarified what I needed numerous times on the chat service and was assured the vehicle she was providing would satisfy those needs. Feeling something was not right I followed up with several calls to confirm the rental only to find I given a 5 passenger SUV for 8 people and their luggage! This was a ski trip to Utah and we had 50mi to drive from the airport to get to the resort. My calls saved us from a disaster of being stuck at the airjport without transportation.

The people were very friendly and easy to work with. The rentals were very affordable and we would recomend them highly.

Van was great, service was great, communication was great! I would definitely rent from AVR again! The only thing I would recommend is that you call a few days in advance to check there hours and go over the details of pickup and drop off. There hours are a little odd but it wasn’t an issue for us picking up or dropping off as I called for detailed instructions that were pretty simple.

customer service was poor and was charged $300 extra of fees on the spot and wasn’t told about it when we spoke to them over the phone several times made it very difficult with debit cards I ended up getting the vehicle because I had no other choice but I was very upset with you guys I will be going elsewhere next time,

Staff disinterested, rude and unreasonable. On car pickup:Waited for 1hr15mins to speak to front desk in order to get our car. Only 5 customers where ahead of us in line so it did not seem busy. Lady at front desk chewing gum and seemed annoyed that she had to deal with customers. Car Drop-off: I asked, same lady, where I should leave the rental because there was no one outside. She replied to leave her alone because she is with another customer and wait in line. I told her the car is running and just to point me in the right direction that I am just returning vehicle. She ignored me. Another gentleman, the shuttle driver ended up coming up to me and took the luggage to the bus and told me to leave keys in ignition that I am all set. As I am boarding bus, lady comes out yelling at me to move my rental car (same one that didn't want to help me). I at least had the satisfaction of telling her. Its not my car anymore its your problem, have a good day. The car itself was clean and new, no problems.
Easy and great customer service
Inexpensive, nice suv. The only downside was it was dirty when we got it. They said their car wash was broken. Took it through a self serve wash and they credit my account for the 7$.
