They are very kind and work pretty fast. But little bit expensive.
Van was nice , staff friendly. The only part I didn’t like was after landing we had to get on the green line bus and wait in some random stop and wait for a ride. ( it was late and I was with my two teenage daughter) I wish I could have just called after landing and been picked up at the airport.
Upon arriving at the Denver airport with my infant and toddler, we drug all 400 of our bags out to the curb, as instructed. Waited about 10 min in the Denver winter weather (15°) for a van to show up and say, sorry, they were full, but another van would be along shortly. We watch the rotation of the other cans come and go three times. Thirty minutes later, a shuttle arrived to take us to the off airport location.. by this point my kids were both screaming and we were ready to get out of the cold. We were supposed to have had a 7 passenger suburban, or similar reserved. They said, they didn’t actually have any of those right then, so they gave us. 5 passenger SUV instead. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 children in car seats. My husband is 6’4” WITH our ski equipment. The registration person told us, if we wanted to upgrade, it would be an additional $350!! That was more than we reserved the entire week for.. so my husband and I did our best to squeeze in all the luggage and seats. I ended up riding the entire 6 hour drive to the ski resort with my legs curled up at my chest, crammed between two car seats. The morning we were supposed to leave, there was a huge winter storm that blew in, shutting down the interstates for almost a day. We finally were able to leave that night. We had called and let them know of the situation at the time, but when we arrived, they charged extra for being late!!!! I will NEVER use them again. No matter how great of a deal it seems, they will end up tripling your cost by the end. Don’t do it!!!
Very slow service. Needs more streamlined process with more people dedicated on specific jobs rather than the same person doing everything from checking out to checking in which creates a long list of procedure that needs to be done per person which degrades the throughput. Checking in took about 1hr and Checking out also took 1hr.
My reservation stated unlimited miles but upon picking up the vehicle, we were told it's not unlimited and that I should check company terms. So not too happy about that. Now I have to double check if it's really unlimited. Why even bother to put unlimited miles.

The rental of the van was great, the service was good. The only problem I had, was the fees that were clearly not laid out before you rent the van, the fees were about a third more of what I thought I was going to have to pay.
I was told something different over the phone about the $200 deposit. I was told that the $200 deposit is not necessary if i had my own car insurance proof, then when i relayed that to the rep in person, she treated me as though i was lying. Needed to provide a name otherwise it was not true, she even crossed her arms while accusing me of me not telling the truth. Could have been dealt with in another way. Also, requested two car seats months in advance and they said it wasnt listed in my original request, so they gave RECENTLY(i mean less than an hour ago) used car seats one of which smelt soooooo musty like really bad body odor. The car seat my one yr old son had to endure for all 4 days of our trip. The rep tried to “clean it” aka took a lysol wipe to wipe it down, and she left saying she has no more car seats for me so basically take it or leave it. Gross. The other car seat had fresh cookie crumbs, mind you i have three crying kids who just got off a flight, so i had to take what was there with no choice of making this trip even more difficult. The musty car seat’s odor spread throughout the car and i, myself, had to clean and scrub so my poor son would have to spend his first vacation trip to disneyland suffering in this horrible car seat odor. I shouldn’t have had to do go through this had communication been there all the way through. The price was a steal, but i see now why. Overall, it definitely put a damper on my trip for all of us.

Great prices, and new vehicles. The rental store is a little ways from the airport, but a free shuttle is available, so it’s worth the cheaper rental rates.
Car old and wipers very bad , snowed 3 days out of the 7 days , really need it good wipers. Customer service good but price little high.
Service was great. Car was brand new and in great condition. Wait times for Shuttle were minimal; less than 10 min. Best of all; the rental rates were the lowest in the SLC market. Will definitely use AVR again during our next time we fly into Salt Lake City, and will recommend to anyone needing to rent in SLC. VS

Was quoted one price online but had $400 in add ons at the rental office. Went from $500 to $900. There website is not accurate. I would say it's close to a scam.
When it comes to rentals this is hands down the best bang for the buck!!
Although the lot was not at the airport the value was worth the drive.
