Airport Van Rental

Clean vehicle, reasonable prices!! A bit far from airport, and minimal staff are only issues. Rental worked well for us however!!

Customer service was friendly and competent. But I was surprised at the company having a different policy for accidents than other rental car companies. I feel this should have been disclosed in the reservation process not at the counter.

Vehicle was fine but they were not prepared and we ended up waiting 3 hours for a dirty vehicle and they open so late in the morning that we were forced to Uber once dropping the vehicle, It's a very poorly run business!!

Waited two hours in the cold rain after the dispatcher said the transfer to the off site location was on the way. Called several times and was assured that the pickup would be there immediately. Then the van was not ready when we got to the facility. Then when they found a van, it had no gas. Then the lady had to get another card to get gas. Missed our first prepaid appointment. The lady running the sign in facility was sweet and apologetic. The driver that eventually rescued us from the airport was great as was the Indian mechanic in the back.

Easy, quick, affordable - I'll rent from them again.

Count on being overcharged upon the return of the vehicle, if you have even a smudge of dirt on the exterior. They charged me $100 for cleaning because, when turning around on the side of the road, a bit of mud kicked up. I've attempted to contact them many times to discuss and my calls and emails have gone unanswered.

Everything was fine and smooth

NOT HAVING VAN READY AFTER 6 MONTH NOTICE WHEN WE ARRIVED. HAVING TO EXCHANGE FOR A SMALLER VAN THE NEXT DAY WHEN DROPPING OFF THE VAN AFTER VACATION HAD TO WALK TO THE MAIN PICKUP POINT.

The van and personnel were great. They helped us as best they could. The items that could be improved are the location and physical entrance to the rental lot. It is not readily seen as you pass it and has a large dip in the entrance that’s unnoticeable until you hit it. Check in and out were a breeze and the van seemed well maintained.

Had pretty good experience with customer service and the vehicle except had to wait for a very long time for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport on arrival. No prior instruction was given as to exactly where to wait.

Closing time is not accurate. I got there before 12am, but the place is already close. Other than that, the car rental is very good! Cheap for 15 seaters!

Always helpful, and understanding. I extended my time, and I had alot of items in the van for the homeless. They told me to come in just to check the mileage, and gave me items for the homeless. I really appreciate them. Thank you, You're The Best

This facility is not at the airport, (there is however a shuttle service to the airport) and the facility charges airport extras. There is a drop off fee (25$) if you are dropping off outside operating hours. There is a mileage restriction for 'locals'. The vans are old and has lot of mileage on it. The agent made me call my insurance company in front of her to make sure that I had insurance on the rental, in spite of showing her the insurance proof! I would perhaps rent a better car/van from the airport next time given that the charges would be more or less same.
