Nice staff and fairly easy pick-up and drop-off process.

Great price and great running vehicles

Pros: great Van and no trouble dropping it off. Was spacious but could not get the seats down to accommodate the luggage. Threw bags on the last seat. Hauls upto 15 people. Cons: when you buy insurance for the Van on Priceline or Expedia, it does not cover the Van or a truck. They only cover cars and we found out when picking up the van, therefore you won’t have a choice but to buy what the person offers you at the time of the rental pick up. The other problem is that the pick up area is not at the airport. It is off site, so you will need a shuttle from the airport when picking up the Van and a Uber from your hotel while dropping it off. It was a long process to pick up the Van and also the person at the desk gave a different price (higher) than what I signed up for on Priceline. I had to show that confirmation from Priceline to convince him to give me the accurate price.

Very reliable shuttle service. Each shuttle is very comfortable. They are very well organized. All the drivers were very pleasant. We enjoyed the service and I definitely recommend it.

Terrible experience, difficult to find the storefront, very dirty office. The time between being picked up from the airport and leaving the lot with the van was over 3 hours.

Had to wait, because it was a small operation, but was very well served. Personal service and guidance.

Although your staff was extremely pleasant, I waited for nearly 2 hours to get my vehicle. My plane landed at 11:30 am & I was at your building at 11:55. I didn’t get keys til 2pm There were only 7 renters in front of me. Not sure why the delay.

Had a group of 13 that rented a van for the day to drive out to Hoover Dam. Van was ready for pick up when I arrived. The folks there were friendly enough and answered all of the questions. They even told us about a few things to do while we were in town that we didn't know about. If I'm ever in town again with such a big group, we will definitely use them again if needed.

Very poor service. They have a very bad attitude, especially the manager. She really needs to get out of that kind of business. She has no people skills and she gives this company a bad reputation.

Quick check in and check out. Car was new and worked out perfectly.

Once they get more staff, I am sure they will improve. Price is low though.....

The inside of van isn't very clean,there are some yellow food sticks in the storage box,I took some time to clean it up.

There was not a clearly marked pickup van from the airport. We waited for over 30 minutes to be picked up. Other rental companies went by us more then four times. I called to the office and the girl was rather rude to us and said if we weren’t standing in a certain spot we would miss our ride. The van was just a white with no markings she neotold is what to look for! I would not use this rental company again. Our actual rental was fine.

Van rental cost was very competitive. The option to buy the tank of gas charged a very low price per gallon unlike every other rental firm. Such a deal I had to take it as I knew I would be using about a tank's worth of gas. The condition of the van was good. No problem with the paperwork. Pick up at the airport was fine. Only downside was the rental office in the Ramada Inn. The office and the Ramada are in very poor condition. I will rent here again as I can overlook this. A fancy bus and rental counter don't put $ in my pocket.

The best deals in Vegas

After I got out from LAX, I follow the instruction to wait outside for shuttle to pick me up. After 1 hour waiting in vain, I have to call the company and they arranged to have me picked up. I lost 2 hours other than that every thing was satisfactory.

The service was fast and excellent! The car was new one and the guys in the office were very kind and efficient. Good company!

All good, although the wait time is a bit too long.
