Wasn't told at booking had to pay extra to drop car off.

Very good service, only con is they are off site from all other rental services, but have a van service that goes between the rental center and their lot. Clean van, great gas mileage and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for better, thanks!

My name is Lolita Slaughter. I rented a van on March 28th. Upon inspection of the van I noticed the rubber/molding on the window shield was not secured. The lady who inspected my in Amanda said I should not worry about it. I asked her why the van had not been washed she replied and said that they do not have a garage for the vehicles. When the we expected the car inside for gas. The tire sensor was on and she said don't worry. I asked her is she positive because we were driving a long distance for a funeral., At 3 am in the morning the window blade came off and it is pouring down raining. I almost killed myself and the passengers. I had to circle to find a Walmart to purchase a new one and try to put it on. Then as we are driving the molding from the window shield came off and we had to secure it to continue to drive. Returning from my trip the change oil light comes on. This was a terrible experience. I have called the location 4 times to resolve my issues and they have not given me one apology or called me back. I have talked to Amanda and Jazmin. Everytime I call they tell me the boss is in a meeting and they don't know is last name. Unacceptable that I am lied to . DO NOT RENT FROM AVR THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW 1

Awful. Waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle. Called 3 times, they said it was at the airport each time but it never showed up. Broken down cars and tow trucks clogged the parking lot. Waited at least 15 minutes more to be helped and then 30 more for my car to show up. Employees were moving slow and not helpful - "that's not my job" seems to be the motto of the place. Finally got a car and it was not big enough - that part isn't their fault. They swapped me to a minivan that was 6 years old, smelled of cigarettes, had a broken center console and a worn out suspension. Insisted all of thier vehicles have 4 wheel drive - this one most certainly did not. Icing on the cake, even though they state they are open 24 hours I had to pay $20 extra to drop the car off "after hours" at the park and ride next door. They said they couldn't help the fee, it was imposed by the other company. When I returned the car the posted fee at the park and ride was only $10 - where do you think that other $10 is going? Unless you need a speciality van AVR is not worth your time, pay the few dollars extra for a real company.

Place is a scam manager had friends there just talking, very rude

you get what you pay for. they provided me with an older durango with a non matching bald tire resulting in poor handling, bad braking, and frequent activation of the ABS. dangerous and bad for the AWD differential. and all they said was sorry, yes we were wrong when i brought it back....

Pretty good customer service

I can't praise this company enough. The van I reserved wanted was not available so they gave me a bigger van. It was an EXCELLENT vehicle and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Expected to get a receipt upon returning the car but no return agent. Don't know if I received an email receipt either. Overall experience was good and the rental was brand new.

I would certainly recommend using Airport Van Rental. The van we requested was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Even had a shuttle pick us up to get to the van pick-up location that was few minutes from airport. They were very courteous and friendly and explained options for refueling before drop off. Also told us where/how to return vechile , as we had a very early morning flight out. All told, I would definitely use them again and tell others to also.

We rented a van in August and again in Sept 2018. Both times we had good service from the agents but were very disappointed with the vehicles provided as they were difficult to get into. We had to provide a stepstool for the passengers. Please bring back the Ford vehicles you had before.

Terrible experience. Car was bad. Tires were awful. Oil change time was passed. Never again.

Counter service was great. However, when I opened the van door there was write dots/spray all over the seats. I don’t even want to say what it looked like. When I walked back in to notify the clerk she came out and look and just told me, “Oh, that’s just cleaning spray”. She did not offer to flip vans and just didn’t care. I couldn’t believe it. It was so gross! I would not recommend.
