This was my best experience ever renting a vehicle.
Airport Van Rental has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
This was my best experience ever renting a vehicle.
I’ve rented a van for lil vacation with the family and I call them if I can switch dates but they said once you book you can’t cancel or do any changes to the reservation,all I want is add one extra day. Second,I went in pick up my van they ask me oh we’re you driving I said to Vegas then she said oh you only have 750 miles once you go over is .25 cent a mile. I’m like what but it say online the is unlimited mile she said you should read the term and condition.I pick up the van came home load up with the family than we drove like almost 1hr 30mins away and I notice that in side van inside light don’t work I plug phone my charger don’t work and also there is no cruise control I call rental office and they said bring back the van and swap with another van that van is from SF but you’ll need to make sure the gas is full,I was thinking man this is really bad I just lost a lot of my money and time. Got there I don’t want 15 but I’ll get 13 passenger so they gave me 13 so I loaded up with all the stuff I had in the first rental,went in do the paperwork signed everything came out start the van battery die I’m like are you seriously . I’m already late.. Came back from my family vacation with the second rental was good nice van but I think I should not pay extra but the lady was working there she was trying to work with Me but the thing is you need to add more employees cause the lady is doing the contract and helping customers at the same time. Thank hope there’s a second time service will be better...thanks
Great customer service.
I read previous reviews and was a little hesitant and was delighted that the service received was excellent. The hours are not typical for rental services but if it works for the times you need the rental I would recommend AVR. The office is in a hotel conference room which I assume may reduce their overhead. Vehicle was as described with no surprises.
Sam made my reservation and was very informative. Patrick checked me out and back in a few days later. He was great. The entire experience was amazing!
Great people. Pick up was awful. Too many people and van are small. Waited 45 min for pick up. Great car.
I was in and out, Loved It! My reservation was confirmed the process took no longer than 20 mins. I was able to choose another vehicle with no problem. I will definitely be using AVR in the future.
Great price, need to be open earlier for return.
We were a bit skeptical with the staff at the time of pickp up of the rental car as they tried to convince us to buy the insurance from them, even though my insurance company specifically directed us that we do not need to buy the insurance from the rental company and gave us a document to show them. However, we were happy with the service and return of the vehicle was a breeze. We would rent from AVR again.

Very goog vehicle and service
Poor slow customer service, ridiculous fees to change your return date. They double your rate and charge you a change fee also. Make sure you arrive well before your flight. They will drag their feet and wait for people who just pulled up to return before they take you. Horrible experience and the vans are dirty.
Very Unreasonable manager, his name is Marvin. If you go and book through ace rentals it does not agree to ace rental policies. He charges 200 dollars in a very fishy way right at the start. And then when you return he will deduct cleaning fee for any small reason. I have rented cars all the time but this one was very fishy to start with. I had booked thru Hotwire so I had no choice. Be wary of this car rental. And especially Marvin!

Rude service, policies do not make sense, rental process takes forever, would never never never rent from here again.
Check in with customer service was horrible very unempathetic told us we could go somewhere else and said “do you want the car or not” they dot except debuts even if it’s attached to your checking which makes no sense and if you want to reserve a couple days extra they double the price or make you bring the car back and still charged a high rate. I went to enterprise got great service for the same car paid less
They made me purchase insurance that i have already purchased through expedia.
