Nothing bad to say about the people @ the Houston location. I wish I can give more than five stars, because they go beyond their duties to make renting a vehicle easy. Million thanks to the Houston team. Don't let the negative reviews discourage from renting with AVR.

Our overall rental experience was…
Our overall rental experience was outstanding from the initial reservation through turning in the van following our use. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The staff in the office were professional and helpful with all questions. I would not hesitate to return to AVR again.

GiGi was VERY helpful and informative
GiGi was VERY helpful and informative; however, the “2018” van I rented had a headlight that went out and my passengers could barely close the side door from the inside. During our visit, we got snowed in which meant we had to extend out rental. It took a long time to get a rep on the phone. The local office was closed (possibly due to weather) so I had to googl search for an alternate phone number. Again GiGi, was very courtesy when she called about the return of the van and understood our need to extend. GiGi made the whole experience more pleasant than it could have been.
