Great Service! I don't remember her name but the lady at the counter when we picked up was amazing! So helpful and very friendly.

The van we rented was clean and we had no problems. We were very pleased with the van and the price. We had to put down a large security deposit which we were not originally told about but received a full refund after turning the van in.

The van was nice. When returning clerk informed is that there was a crack in the windshield. Upon examination we could not see crack. We had to pay an extra $50 to close out or loose our $200 deposit. A second time we asked clerk to show us crack. Again we could not see it. She replied it's there see the spider crack. We could not see it. We paid so we would not lose additional $150 and miss our.flight. scam... Shame on you

I have rented from AVR a few times and all the times including the first i have always gotten awesome customer service! The staff is amazing and never had to wait long. I have and will continue to rent and recommend this place to all my family and friends

When I booked my rental it said on my contract unlimited miles, but when I picked up the van I was told that it is limited miles.

Van fit our needs and worked well. Customer service was also very good.

Vehicle was fine, making contact was difficult but we finally got together. The representative at the counter tried to over sell everything under the sun, additional insurance, extra for dropping off at the airport because the office closes at 5:00. After all of the extras we should have rented from a major supplier.

Van wasn’t available when I arrived and waited waiting for a half hour. It was not clean and had an empty gas tank. Tire pressure light was on as well.

Unfortunately it’s a very bad experience. Price was good, but other than that I’d rate the experience as low as possible. People were unprofessional. Vehicle was extremely dirty when we got it. They tried to overcharge us when we checked in. When we questioned it, the manager was rude before finally adjusting the charge. When we turned vehicle in there was a 30 min wait, and only 1 customer was in front of us. The ride to the airport was in a vehicle which was probably unsafe, and definitely the dirtiest vehicle I’ve ever been in. I will not use them again. And I’m easy to please. It was that bad!!
