Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
Not everyday you come across a company let alone people who words that hold a value. But every time a travel , cross the Red River! We all use this company. Best rate 💥💥Best value.
Airport shuttle was huge hassle. Almost 2 hours from landing until I was driving away from secondary shuttles.
This is our 3rd time of using AVR and I must say they have improved it tremendously from last year, well done guys! Look forward to next year.
Good service should be open earlier

I rented from the LAX location several times, and they’ve always made me feel like a welcomed friend. I am partially disabled, and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my special needs. 👍🏻
Horrible service. Waited over an hour for the van shuttle. Called and no one picked up the phone. Left message and no one returned call. Customer service agent at office did not advise of additional charge for after hours drop off and never informed of AVR not opening late even though on paperwork it clearly shows late hours that renter intends to return van.
The only thing better than a big safe van was the service. Wonderful ladies, check out & return.
Nice staff, quick service, good vehicles
Airport shuttle worked seamless. The office location and setup seemed a little unprofessional and sketchy. Some of the van features did not work. I can see why the rental price was cheaper than other known leasing companies. I might take a Chance with them again.

Waited almost 2 hours after my reservation time to get our van. The associate that was helping me was rude, cursed at me. Then prodceeded to tell me if I don’t like waiting I can cancel my reservation. When I talked to the manager he seemed to not care at all. I won’t ever be renting from you eyes again. That customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve flown spirit before and would rather do that then ever spend another penny with y’all.
Fine Print or not I got charged additional insurance which more than doubled the cost of my rental. It made a good value into a horrible value and they had me in a tight spot with no time to haggle or search anywhere else. I will never us them again!
A lil longer than normal wait for shuttle pick up. BUT from the time of pick up on Transaction was smooth sailing. Awesome Customer Service, very friendly, Great price. Would definitely rent from them again. Mahalo plenty🤙
I will never rent there again because I don’t like dealing with rude workers that try to charge you for extra fees any way they can. I can’t even explain how bad of experience we had and then the Manager David is a liar, I have nothing for this Company.
Horrible experience. Got the hard sale for extra insurance and prepaid gas. Van was dirty and late arriving for my rental time. It drove horrible due to bad alignment. Never again!
We always rent from the las Vegas location. Always have good service and great vehicles. Because we are return customers the representative said we would get a 5% discount. We never received the discount as promised.
Truly unacceptable customer service and misinformation. We decided to keep our van for an additional day and was told that we would be charged the daily rate. That was great except the daily rate wasn't my daily rate, it was a special undisclosed daily rate. Plus add on an additional $25 per day fee as well as $20 per hour fees. Our last day cost almost as much as the previous 5 day's. I was willing to overlook that the shuttle service that took an hour but now I realize this place has some issues.
